You are a dynamic sales person, confident, driven and customer-focused and within easy reach of our offices based in Cadishead, Manchester. You will play a vital role working within our existing sales team whilst liaising between departments to offer a highly professional and personable service for new and existing customers. Dealing mainly with inbound enquiries, you will be working within regulatory guidelines to provide finance-related solutions and fulfilling the requirements of consumers and business users alike. You will be able to demonstrate your existing sales and customer support abilities whilst learning new skills.
Previous telesales or previous motor trade experience would be preferred but not essential. Overall, we are looking for team players who have the drive and determination to succeed. In return, we are offering a generous basic salary combined with an excellent 'quality-based' commission structure. Working hours are Monday – Friday, between 9am – 7pm. We provide full in-house training covering our products, industry compliance, systems and services providers.
Working within a small team and reporting to the Operations Support Manager, the successful candidate will have key responsibilities for the vehicle sales administration and processing. Through liaising with the sales team and suppliers, you will efficiently support the customer through to delivery and beyond. Essentially, we are looking for candidates who are organised and possess the ability to work on their own and within a team.
Previous experience in administration will be essential and previous experience within the motor trade would be advantageous, but not necessary as full training will be provided. In return, we are offering a generous basic salary. Working hours are Monday – Friday, between 9am – 5pm. We provide full in-house training covering our products, industry compliance, systems and services providers
