Vehicle was delivered as planned yesterday and all went well.

Steve the whole experience has been good from Leo to Claire on the support team,Iwas kept in the loop at all times.So I have been really happy,one issue slightly spoilt it,The Evoque was delivered at 8.30am and I was told the Tiguan was a first job for the pick up driver,obviously I wanted to go out and drive my new car but couldn't as I may have missed the pick up of the Tiguan.I called the company at.11.30am and was told the driver would be with me within a couple of hours.At 2.45pm I called again and was told the driver would not be with me until between 5 and 6pm.I was due in work at 5pm so I had to wait for my wife to come home and give her the Tiguan keys,The guy turned up at 6pm.Apart from that all was fine the Tiguan was spotless no charges,whoever gets the Tiguan will get a lovely motor.
The whole process for the ordering and delivery of the new car went very smoothly and well. Elena Parker and her colleagues were very helpful throughout this process and I am very happy with the new car.

The service from Fleetprices was super. All went smoothly. Order, finance and keeping me informed all great. Delivery process was fine. There was a chip on front nearside alloy that I noted on delivery form driver took. All I am concerned about is it getting worse. If you think I should take it in to get it checked I would do that. Personally I am not bothered about it but resale price may be affected marginally if it deteriorates.
All seems OK so far with the car. 10/10 for service and process.
I would use your company again if the car and deal fit my requirements.

Ok so I've had the car a couple of weeks now and I'm very happy with it. I think if someone's looking for a stylish, well equipped, safe & perhaps sensible car then its a good choice
Re the service I got from you guys, well, Leo was great...from beginning to end he really was a pleasure to deal with. He kept the process moving along nicely and got things done quick. Every time i sent an email or called he was straight back to, making sure things got actioned...right up to the point of delivery. I'll be actively recommending you, and particularly Leo, to any of my friends whom i hear are in the market for a new car.
Just wanted to say a massive thank you, firstly to you for all the help and guidance you have given me over the past couple of weeks or so. I really appreciate everything you have done.

I have dealt with Ashley on 2 separate occasions now and have to inform you of how professional he is at all times.
He truly is not only a credit to your company, but, to sales in general. He's always polite, informative, with great integrity.
When I leased the VV Transporter he dealt with an issue caused by one of your dealers losing its VW franchise seamlessly, explaining everything honestly and transparently putting my mind at rest.
He is true to his word and delivers without being pushy - salesmanship at its finest. Nothing is too much trouble for him.
We have never leased before and down to Ashley we are now on our second deal with your company.
It is extremely refreshing to have a trusting relationship with a sales person and fleet prices are very lucky to have him.
I am very satisfied with the service I have received from Fleet Price to date thank you. Elena is always prompt in responding to emails and has always been able to answer all my questions. The delivery also went very well. The delivery driver contacted me an hour before the car delivery as promised and showed me round the car etc. on arrival.
It is just unfortunate I've not even had the car one week and it is now in the NISSAN local dealer as the engineer warning light came on over the weekend. The reason I got shot of my previous car was because of its unreliability and the fact is was in the garage more than it was on the road. I just hope this car is not going to be the same. I do however appreciate you and Elena's support and help this morning when the Nissan Dealer were unable to verify the car.
