Overall, my experience with you guys has been fantastic. I judge this on the way you always respond to emails and you answer my queries effectively. Yes we came across a few bumps (more confusion really) but as soon as I addressed them, you would enquire and resolve for me.
The only slight issue I may raise would be where at the period before delivery I was informed on a weekly basis that my vehicle would be ready 1-2 weeks from a certain date. A week before the certain date (6th April) I was informed that the date was now in fact the 28th April with no explanation. I had to enquire to find out what was going on. In fairness I was given a good explanation, it was just the fact I had to find out myself rather than being informed straight away.
In the grand scheme of things, the above wasn't really an issue at all, as I said, your service was fantastic and I'm really pleased. I just want to give you my overall, exact experience.

I've taken delivery of the car and am very pleased with it. I've also been very pleased with, and appreciative of the support provided by your team in arranging this lease. Anissa in particular has been very helpful: always prompt and courteous in dealing with my many questions. (In fact I'm sure she'll be pleased I've got the car now - I'll have no more queries for her to answer!!) The rest of the support team, whoever I've dealt with, have also been great. Thank you, and please pass on my thanks to them.
One comment on the actual package as something by way of feedback for the future. It wasn't clear until quite late in making the arrangements that the Jaguar leasing company does not allow the driver to utilise the “App” and the associated emergency response and breakdown services. As it happens I personally am not too worried by this: the App functions would be used on very few occasions anyway and I have alternative breakdown cover arrangements. However, as I'm paying ~£400/month it's disappointing to learn that I'm being denied access to all of the services that Jaguar have provided in the car I'm leasing. This is apparently on the grounds of “Data protection” but I sense this is nothing more than a poor excuse for the leasing company not to have to bother to put the resources in place to manage this properly. This is nothing to do with Fleet Prices, and certainly no reflection on the service that you have provided, but I raise this as a matter that you might wish to explore further.
I would also add, in closing, that the collection service for my previous car was also very well organised. Whilst this was probably not controlled by Fleet Prices, be happy to take some credit for it! :-)
Im really happy with the way your company dealt with my enquiry and delivered the car. Leo was particularly patient and always willing to help.
There was one hiccup with an incorrect Reg number being sent to us, but apart from that it all went very smooth.
We took delivery of the car on Friday and all is great thanks.

With regards to my experience of dealing with Fleetprices for the lease of my VW Tiguan, I found that the whole process, from start to finish, was conducted in a professional manner. Communication was excellent at all stages and I would definitely recommend Fleetprices to any of my friends.

I would like to thank all of your team and in particular Leo who dealt with the process of the order, and all my enquiries. Leo was professional and courteous throughout all my dealings, responding quickly to both emails and telephone calls. The only downside was the slight delay in obtaining the vehicle which was in fact down to the forms from Arval which in my opinion were not fully explained in the email from Arval, this is also due to me not using ecosign documents previously and my own error in the completion of the form.
Overall it has been a great experience and I have been happy to recommend your company to other colleagues due to the professional service I have received.
