My experience with fleet services has been great from ordering my vehicle to receiveing it.the support team have kept me informed of everything at regular intervals and answered my every question.i would like to thank Mike and the support team for getting me my vehicle and making me feel confident of getting another vehicle with the company.
One word sums up the service provided by Carl and you admin.staff - EXCELLENT.From my very first enquiry I received prompt answers to any queries I had and the information provided was clear and simple to follow.The only minor hassle I had was returning the finance forms in the correct PDF format.Not being a computer buff I had to get help with that but at least I'm now prepared for the next time!!

Great service as ever from Fleetprices and Mike Tibbs is a legend - really helpful and organised and very customer focused.
One thing I would say - and I mentioned it to one of your ladies on the delivery day. That is the delivery service from Mercedes is poor. I know it is not your responsibility - but you may want to give feedback to Mercedes.
Firstly for a brand / positioning and client that Mercedes have the selection of delivery options is poor. There should be more options - either pick up or delivery at weekend and the slots available should be in 2 hour slots. I should not have to give up a whole weekday to receive the car.
Secondly - the delivery they made on 24th May was done by someone who could not be contacted by Mercedes to see where he was, he (the driver) told me that he was not told of an early delivery time requested. He also really did not know anything about the car, and to be quite honest was rather bumbling and confused.
I would have thought that Mercedes would not want this to be the way their product is finally delivered to the customer and the impression it makes. I would be quite happy to go somewhere (no more than half an hour away) at a weekend to pick up the car and be shown some key things by someone knowledgeable (for example at a dealership). It would probably be cheaper for them to do also and give that dealership a chance to get the 1 year/mileage service business from the customer in the future.
The car itself is great !
I will like to say that the procedures and the service was quite satisfactory.
Personally it was an experience of trust and reliable customer service.
I will recommend to anyone.

I found the experience very pleasant. Anissa worked quickly to secure the vehicle I was looking for. Provided regular support throughout the process to speed up delivery and even called the day after I had the motor to make sure I was happy.
Since driving it I have noticed that the tracking is out. Would any VW garage take a look at this for me?

Yes thanks very nice chap who dropped the car off and went through the controls and differences with me before he started his return journey. Car is what I expected and wife just getting used to the changes. Thanks again for your help first class.
I received the car on the arranged date. I was contacted by VW the day before to confirm this and the vehicle arrived first thing and I have no complaints at all. Paul, who found the vehicle for me and sorted out all the finance was very helpful and answered all my queries promptly and was always available on the phone. As for the car itself it is much better than I expected and I am more than happy with everything.

Service from your end in terms of the calls and mails was excellent. Rochelle (and others) were great when we had the “log incident” when it seemed to be me versus the dealer, so that support was much appreciated.
Katharine was great during the initial setting up process and her response times are second to none. I haven't seen a better deal on the car yet either, so I would certainly come to FP again if we go the leasing route next time.
