Experience was generally good. Fleetprices seems to offer the best prices and this is my second experience with you. Delivery was fine. Leo was very proactive and responsive, as were Rachel, Rebecca and others in the team.
My only criticism would be that the paperwork I was sent had a couple of errors in it that meant I transferred money to the wrong people (the dealer rather than the contract hire people). I believe it has now been refunded but a bit of a bore sorting it out. The cover sheet with the contract paperwork also calls for a document that is not required - a dealer invoice. The cover sheet is a bit out of date - eg asks for the photocard and paper counterpart driving licence, which I think hasn't been a thing for a couple of years now. No biggie, but it meant I was hunting around for things that it turns out I didn't need and calling your team quite a few times.
Other than that, car is great and very happy with the deal.

All went really well with the delivery of our new car. The gentleman who delivered the car was extremely helpful showing us all the car in detail. I have to say that he didn't rush and answered all our questions. We are looking forward to enjoying our new car. The date being changed didn't inconvenience us at all. Thank you for all you help.

The delivery went very well thank you and I really like the car. This is the 1st time I have got a car on contract hire so was a little unsure how it would all work initially. Since dealing with Anissa it all became very clear of how the process works, it was clearly explained to me. After I ordered the car the whole process from start to finish was very easy for me. It has worked seamlessly.

I remember when I initially contacted you and left a voice mail, you rang back almost straight away. Likewise almost every time I've spoken or emailed you, your replies have been almost immediate. At all times you gave me confidence in what you were doing, and I felt certain were acting in my best interest and that everything would be taken care of - which it was.
The car arrived at the agreed time today. The driver even jet washed it once he got near my home! He said it got a bit dirty on the journey. Very impressed. Also there's just under half a tank of diesel in it - which I wasn't expecting.
I wouldn't have any hesitation at all in recommending you, and will bear the referral incentive in mind.

Great service as ever from Fleetprices and Mike Tibbs is a legend - really helpful and organised and very customer focused.
One thing I would say - and I mentioned it to one of your ladies on the delivery day. That is the delivery service from Mercedes is poor. I know it is not your responsibility - but you may want to give feedback to Mercedes.
Firstly for a brand / positioning and client that Mercedes have the selection of delivery options is poor. There should be more options - either pick up or delivery at weekend and the slots available should be in 2 hour slots. I should not have to give up a whole weekday to receive the car.
Secondly - the delivery they made on 24th May was done by someone who could not be contacted by Mercedes to see where he was, he (the driver) told me that he was not told of an early delivery time requested. He also really did not know anything about the car, and to be quite honest was rather bumbling and confused.
I would have thought that Mercedes would not want this to be the way their product is finally delivered to the customer and the impression it makes. I would be quite happy to go somewhere (no more than half an hour away) at a weekend to pick up the car and be shown some key things by someone knowledgeable (for example at a dealership). It would probably be cheaper for them to do also and give that dealership a chance to get the 1 year/mileage service business from the customer in the future.
The car itself is great !
I took out 2 leased cars from Leo. Its now some months ago and looking back the whole experience was excellent, from the cheapness that leasing brings to the lightening service of Leo. Well done all, totally excellent.

Driver who came up with the car I'm sure his name was Dave?! Hope got that right. Was a gent and even took the time to show me some of the features of the car. Was happy to drop him at Aberdeen train station.

My main point of contact since day 1 was Beverley Rawlinson and she was incredibly helpful and lovely to deal with. I have recommended your company to a few colleagues this week.
The service was excellent. If I was to be picky and mention anything worth improving, you could set customers expectations more out at the start of the process. For me it would have been good to know the process timeline from placing the order to receiving finance docs to 14 days for delivery as a long distance sale.
Apart from that all good.

The service from Fleet Prices has been second to none from start to finish. Part of the reason for taking up the contract with Fleet Prices was because they were competitively priced and unlike other lease companies they left you alone to make the final decision as opposed to some who have a habit of plaguing you with phone calls! Once the contract was signed I was fully informed of the delivery date, Anissa was always on hand by phone or email, even to the point of returning a call late in the evening - superb customer service!
Just letting you know car arrived safe and sound!!
Absolutely love it!! Might take me a while to get used to all the gadgets though!
