For an end to end process which clearly involves a great deal of third parties and communication between them all, you've clearly got a well refined workflow in place which really does shine through.
I very much look forward to having the pleasure of using your services again in the future.
The initial contact was great with call backs and adjustments made to my requests and budget restraints handled really well by Leo.
The delivery was a bit of a nightmare as delivery was scheduled to my home and I work at a busy NHS Hospital with limited mon to Friday slots available
Then the car was damaged and deferred again, then I forgot a day at Cheltenham races!
Eventually the car was delivered last Monday and I am pleased as punch.
The Dealer provided a 'luxury' hire car from the date of the original delivery so all ended well.
Rochelle was really good with delivery updates

Apologies for the slow reply and sorry I missed your call Ashley.
The service was excellent throughout thank you very much. Ashley was very helpful at the start and the support team were always very prompt and helpful replying to queries before and after the car was delivered. The delivery drivers were also really friendly and helpful.

I am very happy with the car and the delivery went smoothly.
Helen was an absolute star who went above and beyond helping me find and lease a car for the first time. Claire, Rachel, Rebecca, Rochelle and Sara in the support team were extremely helpful and informative, replying to any email very swiftly.
I felt I was in safe hands throughout the whole process and in 3 years time will be returning to Fleet Prices for more great service and another great deal.

I dealt with Rachel Gouldingay in your team right the way through, from my first telephone enquiry, having been passed the deal by a colleague who has also taken delivery of an A6 back in March. It was always going to be a long lead in and I think that helped keep the cost/deal down as not many could/would wait 4 months. In the end it was more than 7 months and this was down to Audi changing the to the ULTRA engine, so for my extra 3 months wait I was rewarded by the new engine.
I was a little concerned and was guilty of pestering at times, but Rachel was very customer focused 'sold' the further delay to me and kept me informed of progress despite it being hard for her to find out herself. With June specified I settled myself to that meaning the end on June and I heard from Rachel right at the beginning of July, I had to re-do some paper work for Audi finance, to reflect the new engine and the car duly arrived as specified PM at 12.30. That part also went well and the delivery man was most helpful.
I hope Rachel is around in two years' time to find me another great deal.

Received car on time and happy with service from especially you and also your team. it is a credit to you all on your communication and customer service that you have provided to me for the two cars I have ordered from you so far.
I am in the service industry so know what it means to please the customer and its not easy, however you have been very professional and made me (the customer) feel extremely happy with the service I have received and would have no issue recommending you and your company to my colleagues.
