We were looked after from initial phone call through to delivery by Elena Parker who has been brilliant and always answered any questions whilst assuring us at every stage of the process (we were first time leasers so this was all new to us!).
Elena has been friendly, professional, always getting back to us promptly and is a credit to the company offering customer service of the highest standard. Even though there were a couple of hiccups (allow shortage at the factory so not your fault) she was on the ball, took control and sorted everything and kept us in the picture. She then liaised with Steve Walmsley at Lookers (who was equally brilliant) and between them, they went out of their way to ensure we had delivery on our chosen date, even though this meant extra work for them to re-juggle customers expectations and source a vehicle of the same spec in time for us.
Finally our vehicle delivery was excellent with the driver offering great customer service and again provided a friendly, nothing a problem attitude. And of course the car is excellent too!
The whole experience has been excellent and everyone has been brilliant to work with and we will recommend the company to all our friends and relatives. You will be the first company we ever think of for any vehicle leasing needs in the future.
So a big thank you to all involved and for offering such brilliant service with the highest level of customer care and attention to detail.

Firstly, thanks for the email. I am very happy with the vehicle. One issue, I am assuming that my tax disc will arrive directly to my address? Please confirm.
I found the entire process from choosing a vehicle and to final delivery very efficient and professional and would highly recommend Fleet Prices to anyone considering a contract lease vehicle. The highly competitive prices clearly do not come at the expense of customer service, which was exceptional throughout the process.
In particular, Paul and Beverley were very helpful in organising my vehicle as quickly as possible, and I was kept up to date with developments throughout; by email, and by phone which I really appreciated.
Thank you for your email. The car arrived at 4.30pm yesterday and I had a funeral visit shortly thereafter (first outing in the car — down a rough, unsurfaced farm track!), so didn't email you immediately. The transporter driver was most helpful, and I'm delighted with the car, although still struggling to discover how things work! First problem was starting it, until I discovered that the clutch has to be depressed. Then opening the back doors, but they need two presses of the unlock button, etc., etc. Getting there though. Only negative is your price drop on this model when I checked the website. Down to £202 .92 a month for 10,000 miles a year. Too late for me to benefit, but I'll certainly pass it on to anyone who is looking to lease a car. Who knows, you may well hear from members of my three congregations who like the look of my new car. I would certainly recommend Fleetprices, not least because you have been the best person to deal with in over fifteen years of leasing cars. Thank you.

I have to say I'm very pleased with the service I received from FLEET PRICES. I dealt with Chris initially he was very polite and professional, answered every question I had and helped me through the process stage by stage. Then Jessica too was very helpful and provided me with all the necessary information for competition .
With regards to delivery of the vehicle I was informed at various stages as to delivery time and when the drivers were delayed they let me know. They were both very pleasant and took the time to give me explanation as to instruments on the dash board, and just made the experience a pleasant one so cannot fault you on anything and on that basis would be happy to recommend you.

Just to say in the main I found the whole process was handled very well by Anissa was a fluid delivery date but I understand that was VW but I will using fleet prices again when this current lease is due to expire

The physical handover had less 'ceremony' than perhaps I've been used to when buying new car, but that didn't detract from the overall expericence.
Yes thanks very nice chap who dropped the car off and went through the controls and differences with me before he started his return journey. Car is what I expected and wife just getting used to the changes. Thanks again for your help first class.

I have received my vehicle and I'm really pleased with it so far - although I haven't had chance to drive it much yet! Can you remind me what I need to do about servicing? Will I get any kind of reminder or is it my responsibility to arrange the services at the right time? (And if so, what are the guidelines for servicing intervals?). Sorry if I've already asked you that!
