I'd like to thank your team and especially Leo for very positive purchase experience. when I approached Leo I was not quite sure who you guys were, how the process works and what are the associated risks. however Leo's professionalism, prompt and informative responses (and some checks I had to run myself) helped to alleviate my concerns to the point I was ready to order.
unfortunately, by that time, the deal that I chose and had in mind was no longer relevant. I was obviously somewhat disappointed by missing on the car that I had in mind but was now looking for alternatives, when Leo called me back with a much better offer on a similar car!

Delivery - Excellent (was deliver by my local mini dealer, to my home)
Price - Excellent.
Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase and the experience and will be coming back when the need arise for a new car.

Great service as ever from Fleetprices and Mike Tibbs is a legend - really helpful and organised and very customer focused.
One thing I would say - and I mentioned it to one of your ladies on the delivery day. That is the delivery service from Mercedes is poor. I know it is not your responsibility - but you may want to give feedback to Mercedes.
Firstly for a brand / positioning and client that Mercedes have the selection of delivery options is poor. There should be more options - either pick up or delivery at weekend and the slots available should be in 2 hour slots. I should not have to give up a whole weekday to receive the car.
Secondly - the delivery they made on 24th May was done by someone who could not be contacted by Mercedes to see where he was, he (the driver) told me that he was not told of an early delivery time requested. He also really did not know anything about the car, and to be quite honest was rather bumbling and confused.
I would have thought that Mercedes would not want this to be the way their product is finally delivered to the customer and the impression it makes. I would be quite happy to go somewhere (no more than half an hour away) at a weekend to pick up the car and be shown some key things by someone knowledgeable (for example at a dealership). It would probably be cheaper for them to do also and give that dealership a chance to get the 1 year/mileage service business from the customer in the future.
The car itself is great !

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your advice, patience and honesty throughout the whole procurement process. You have personally been very attentive and the response times to any/all of my queries, of which there have been many, has been truly first class. Everything went in accordance with the expectation you accurately set, which is key from the customer’s perspective.
I have purchased my vehicles from many different organisations in the past and unfortunately the experience has always left me wanting, however, I am pleased to say this has been the most positive experience to date. Testament to this is the fact that I wouldn’t hesitate to use you again, something I never previously done with any other organisation!

I am very happy with the car and the delivery went smoothly.
Helen was an absolute star who went above and beyond helping me find and lease a car for the first time. Claire, Rachel, Rebecca, Rochelle and Sara in the support team were extremely helpful and informative, replying to any email very swiftly.
I felt I was in safe hands throughout the whole process and in 3 years time will be returning to Fleet Prices for more great service and another great deal.
