Thank you for getting in touch and apologies i have not replied sooner but i am out of the UK working.
We cannot thank your company enough and dealing with Fleet Prices was so easy and the level of customer service was excellent. I originally used the search engine - Contract Hire and Leasing and the prices quoted for the BMW 330D Xdrive were fantastic.
However after i had registered my interest i received a call from Leo advising that the prices online were wrong and this was due to an error by the finance company. At this stage i thought about looking elsewhere but Leo asked to leave our request with him and he would look into a bit further. He was true to his word and came back with a fantastic lease deal that was not much higher than the original price i had seen online.
I have already thanked Leo on the phone but if you can pass on further thanks as i did make him work hard on the options list and he gave us advice as we went along and we even changed colours and trim two or three times and the final price was something we could afford every month.
After dealing with Leo i was passed over to the support team (Rachel, Claire, Rochelle & Rebecca) and they looked after me every step of the way and nothing seemed to much trouble and i had weekly updates regarding the cars progress for delivery. The big thing for me was trying to get the car delivered before the April 1st VED changes and avoid the higher costs because the car was over £40000 in value.
I know that Leo and the Support team worked with David Codman at BMW Scunthorpe to get the car delivered in time.
I understand it is not common practise but we asked Fleet Prices and BMW Scunthorpe if we could pick up the new car in person. I am sure you will agree there is something special about picking up your new car and that new car feeling. So we must pass on thanks to everyone involved for letting that happen and the new car is fantastic and a step up from our previous family SUV😊. Leo even phoned me on the day of pick up to make sure everything went smoothly.
The finance company Arval are also very good and no problems in dealing with them so far at all.
So please thank everyone again and we will be looking for a 2nd car at some point this year and I will be contacting Leo and the team and see if they can secure us another excellent deal.
Ok so I've had the car a couple of weeks now and I'm very happy with it. I think if someone's looking for a stylish, well equipped, safe & perhaps sensible car then its a good choice
Re the service I got from you guys, well, Leo was great...from beginning to end he really was a pleasure to deal with. He kept the process moving along nicely and got things done quick. Every time i sent an email or called he was straight back to, making sure things got actioned...right up to the point of delivery. I'll be actively recommending you, and particularly Leo, to any of my friends whom i hear are in the market for a new car.

I would like to commend Leo for the excellent support he provided. Right from the first contact, he was helpful, courteous and supportive. He advised me on my choice of vehicle and, when I was uncertain about some aspects, suggested alternative cars which might be of interest. Delivery of the car was fine, and service from Fleetprices and Brighton Audi was fine through the process, the only downside has been a rattle coming from a rear window in the last couple of days. Claire is going to take it into Northampton Audi for them to look at.
Beverley at Fleet Prices was excellent, responding quickly to emails at all times, and answered any questions that we had promptly and clearly.

I was a little concerned at first to be honest doing this online without a face in a dealership . I can only say that Michael who I dealt with was top draw, and understood my needs to ensure that the company was above board before I would give any personal details and commitments.
I checked companies house and credit checked the company to ensure I was dealing with a real company..maybe I was over cautious here but I feel best to check as much as possible in these days of faceless sales over computers. Michael was attentive, got back to me every time without fail, and did everything he said he would, I was surprised to be honest as I needed a car in a short period of time and he pulled it off , at what I can see at a great competitive price..in fact I had one competitor of yours tell me if this price is real snap their hand off...so you have the competition helping you as well.
On the lead up to delivery I was contacted before and after to make sure all was ok, and the delivery guy made sure I spent time ensuring all was correct ..I would have no doubt what so ever in using you again...and have already passed on your details to some of my colleagues .

I couldn't fault the service at all, Craig Charlesworth was reliable and efficient from my first enquiry to him. The car was delivered on time and the driver was lovely, taking the time to explain everything to me (even after driving 5 hours!). The car itself is perfect, exactly what we have been looking for.
As I have said to Craig, I would happily refer your services to anyone I hear of in the future who is looking to lease a car.

I have emailed Anissa today and confirmed that delivery of the car all went smoothly and arrived at 10.00am on Friday. Really pleased with the car and service received from Fleet Prices.
Steve, I would just like to pass on my thanks to Rachel who was very professional and delivered what she said was achievable. Against previous lease car experiences Rachel made the process work and the customer experience was positive.
I was very happy with the service provided and both Chris and Jessica, who dealt with my enquiry were both extremely helpful.
I was generally very happy with the service. It did take a few weeks longer than I expected based on the information I was given at the beginning but I wasn't in a rush so not too much of a problem. I was impressed with the delivery service as the car was dropped off before 9am and was a very easy transaction.
