Yes the service was amazing it was my first time looking at leasing a car after my partner told me about it and Ashley Humphreys was super nice and super helpful didn't over complicate it for me as
I'm not a car person I just knew what budget I had every month and the car I wanted he never forced anything on me which is a massive plus if he had I would have gone somewhere else. He advised me on the delivery date and then your team kept me updated on every step it was seamless.
Every email I send no matter how silly was answered the whole experience was excellent and I would have no hesitation in using Fleet again and when the 3 years is up I'm sure I will be looking at another deal with Fleet.
The delivery man who had just driven my car for 8 hours was amazing and very pleasant and went over my car again without over complicating anything and it was with me at the time he said which for a working full time mum is what is needed.
I would like to say a big thank you to Fleet Prices team for being very friendly and supportive throughout the process.
There were a few issues through the car delivery process, but these were not related to Fleet Prices and have been resolved.
I would definitely recommend Fleet Prices due to the consistent excellent deals and the great customer service.
Yes the vehicle was received on time and in great condition just that the poor guy delivering it had to come all the way from Yorkshire to my address to deliver it though he did compliment the comfort of the car.
We are very happy with the complete process.
We were kept informed and upto date, Mike Tibbs has been absolutely brilliant.
The original delivery date of our Jaguar was improved by one whole month.
The delivery from Lancaster Sidcup was first class also.

I'm very happy with the car, it's the right choice for us at the moment and having had two Audis I'm glad I chose BMW this time around. I have to say that the whole process has been very smooth. Leo was patient at the beginning as we played the familiar additional options dance and in the end I think I got the spec vs price just right. Once the order had gone through and I was passed over to the support team things continued in a similar vane. The support team were knowledgeable regarding my order and responsive to all of my queries. It seems to me that decent customer service is a bit of an elusive trait these days, to find it in abundance with Fleet Prices was refreshing. There was a slight delay around the time of the finance documents but I think that was more to do with Arval not telling Fleet that they had received everything that they needed. The car was delivered clean and in perfect condition with 247 miles on the clock. It would have been nice to have put those miles on myself but that obviously would have required transport delivery. Maybe that could be an additonal option you could offer to customers if they required it?
Otherwise I really can not complain. See you in three years.
I just wanted to let you know the car was delivered yesterday and I'm really pleased with it. Thanks for persevering, I think it's been worth the wait. It should also keep me out of your hair for 18 months.
I only have one question on the maintenance. I haven't received any information from Arval on how this works or contact details should any maintenance be required. Should they send me something?
I took out 2 leased cars from Leo. Its now some months ago and looking back the whole experience was excellent, from the cheapness that leasing brings to the lightening service of Leo. Well done all, totally excellent.

You were always prompt in replying and always a pleasure to speak to and I will be more than happy to use the service you have provided again, in fact I was going to ask you what happens when the vehicle lease comes to an end.
I would like to stay on a lease hire but I would like to go back to a convertible, I am really missing it now the sun has come out a little :-) How do we plan so that there is no cross over period between leases? am assuming I have to keep this car until the 24 month period is over and I am assuming there will be a waiting peiod for a new car to be ordered and delivered.
