Received the car on Saturday very clean and in a great condition. The delivery driver was very helpful and took me through all the controls. Very impressed.
Had some trouble with the whole credit check / finance process and lead times. I don't think I was given clear enough indication at the beginging of just how long this takes (cooling off period etc).
Apart from that though, I'd reccomend you in the future and look forward to dealing with you again.

delivery was fine yesterday and I'm delighted with the car (and the service you provided of course!). I would definitely recommend you to anyone looking for a lease deal and I'll be back in three years for a refresh.

My car delivery process on Friday 29th April went very smoothly and the sale process with Mike, over the past few months, has also been a breeze.
I noticed over the weekend that there is a possible loose connection on the front passenger interior light. Would I need to contact Mike about this or do I simply need to take it to a local Renault garage?
Yes the car was delivered first thing this morning and everything went well. Thank you for asking

Thank you for getting in touch and apologies i have not replied sooner but i am out of the UK working.
We cannot thank your company enough and dealing with Fleet Prices was so easy and the level of customer service was excellent. I originally used the search engine - Contract Hire and Leasing and the prices quoted for the BMW 330D Xdrive were fantastic.
However after i had registered my interest i received a call from Leo advising that the prices online were wrong and this was due to an error by the finance company. At this stage i thought about looking elsewhere but Leo asked to leave our request with him and he would look into a bit further. He was true to his word and came back with a fantastic lease deal that was not much higher than the original price i had seen online.
I have already thanked Leo on the phone but if you can pass on further thanks as i did make him work hard on the options list and he gave us advice as we went along and we even changed colours and trim two or three times and the final price was something we could afford every month.
After dealing with Leo i was passed over to the support team (Rachel, Claire, Rochelle & Rebecca) and they looked after me every step of the way and nothing seemed to much trouble and i had weekly updates regarding the cars progress for delivery. The big thing for me was trying to get the car delivered before the April 1st VED changes and avoid the higher costs because the car was over £40000 in value.
I know that Leo and the Support team worked with David Codman at BMW Scunthorpe to get the car delivered in time.
I understand it is not common practise but we asked Fleet Prices and BMW Scunthorpe if we could pick up the new car in person. I am sure you will agree there is something special about picking up your new car and that new car feeling. So we must pass on thanks to everyone involved for letting that happen and the new car is fantastic and a step up from our previous family SUV😊. Leo even phoned me on the day of pick up to make sure everything went smoothly.
The finance company Arval are also very good and no problems in dealing with them so far at all.
So please thank everyone again and we will be looking for a 2nd car at some point this year and I will be contacting Leo and the team and see if they can secure us another excellent deal.
Slick professional service, what we most liked was the honesty from Anissa and the regularly email check ins and updates.
To summarise this is our a lease service should be and we would use fleet prices again should the deal be right.
Anissa is a valuable asset and your colleagues at Nissan were also very good at replying to my queries and keeping us updated. To top it off the delivery driver Rod called me to arrange a convenient time 2days before, then he was on time, smart, professional and a friendly chap.
