The delivery arrangements went through flawlessly. Once again the delays were on my side!
Delivery was right on time to my offices.
One disappointment was the fact that there were no foot mats in the car. Not your fault and probably at extra cost from Volvo. Wish I had known though.
The car is also magnificent!
Be assured that I will recommend your company in the highest regard. Even more so if you could have a word with the car provider re the mats!!!!

I have spoken with Lee and he is hoping he will have space on a transport next week to collect the car. So fingers crossed that all happens.

Yes, the car arrived on Saturday and feedback from me would be how helpful the delivery man was - excellent service.
The only thing I'm unsure about is how to book a service or tyres etc, when the need arises, presumably there is a central number somewhere rather than just booking it in with the local dealer myself?

Apologies for the delayed response. I didn't get a chance to drive the car till this weekend but thoroughly enjoyed it!! It's a lovely car.
Thanks ever so much for your help with this. As you know this was our first time leasing but you were very willing to answer our queries promptly and clearly, which helped sooth out any concerns we had.
I felt we had clear instructions and direction from you throughout the process. Also, we were very keen to have the car before Christmas so are really happy that this was possible.
Delivery went smoothly and we are delighted with the car!
I clicked through your site to go to the ALA site and bought GAP and Scratch/Dent insurance so all sorted there.
I believe that Leo is on leave at the moment as I have already dropped him a note to thank him for his assistance through the quotation and ordering process. Whilst your quotations don't look as slick as some of the other players on the market, Leo's speed of response to questions (both by email and over the phone) was far superior. As I mentioned to him in my email, I have already referred friends/colleagues to Fleetprices so you and he may be getting some calls.

Thank you for getting in touch and apologies i have not replied sooner but i am out of the UK working.
We cannot thank your company enough and dealing with Fleet Prices was so easy and the level of customer service was excellent. I originally used the search engine - Contract Hire and Leasing and the prices quoted for the BMW 330D Xdrive were fantastic.
However after i had registered my interest i received a call from Leo advising that the prices online were wrong and this was due to an error by the finance company. At this stage i thought about looking elsewhere but Leo asked to leave our request with him and he would look into a bit further. He was true to his word and came back with a fantastic lease deal that was not much higher than the original price i had seen online.
I have already thanked Leo on the phone but if you can pass on further thanks as i did make him work hard on the options list and he gave us advice as we went along and we even changed colours and trim two or three times and the final price was something we could afford every month.
After dealing with Leo i was passed over to the support team (Rachel, Claire, Rochelle & Rebecca) and they looked after me every step of the way and nothing seemed to much trouble and i had weekly updates regarding the cars progress for delivery. The big thing for me was trying to get the car delivered before the April 1st VED changes and avoid the higher costs because the car was over £40000 in value.
I know that Leo and the Support team worked with David Codman at BMW Scunthorpe to get the car delivered in time.
I understand it is not common practise but we asked Fleet Prices and BMW Scunthorpe if we could pick up the new car in person. I am sure you will agree there is something special about picking up your new car and that new car feeling. So we must pass on thanks to everyone involved for letting that happen and the new car is fantastic and a step up from our previous family SUV😊. Leo even phoned me on the day of pick up to make sure everything went smoothly.
The finance company Arval are also very good and no problems in dealing with them so far at all.
So please thank everyone again and we will be looking for a 2nd car at some point this year and I will be contacting Leo and the team and see if they can secure us another excellent deal.

Thank you for contacting me.
Firstly I would like to say that I am delighted with the car and the process from my first contact with Anissa through to delivery has been excellent.
Each step of the way has been explained very well, when I was asked to complete the paperwork and required forms, this was all clear and any questions I had were taken care of very efficiently by Anissa.
I did get a little frustrated near the delivery as the date seemed to fluctuate a bit, however on reflection it was pretty much on the proposed delivery date and your staff were being open and transparent with the updates.
The car did seem to sit with the supplier for 2 weeks before they could give a slot to deliver which was again frustrating but the chap who delivered the car (Phil) contacted me the evening before to confirm the time of arrival and called again first thing in the morning to advise he was 45 minutes away, so that was very smooth.
Overall I am delighted with all of your staff, Anissa in sales and the girls in the support team, Rochelle, Rebecca, Rachel, Amy, Claire, Katie who all kept me regularly updated and were fast to answer any question that I had.
