Following your last email I would like to say what a pleasure it's been doing business with your company. From the first quote to delivery nothing was to much trouble. I felt all the staff I spoke to wanted to help and they were always very professional. I would recommend fleet prices to any one.

Hi Steve, yes I am happy with the car and the delivery process went smoothly. Leo was very helpful and prompt in his responses to my queries and also helped me in selling my old car. A great service, and would recommend to family and friends.
Sorry for the delay in replying. The Christmas break and our holiday has set me back a little....
So to my experiences of leasing a car. Overall I would have to say very positive. Right from the start I found your web-site to be extremely useful, giving as it does the chance to play with options (diesel v petrol or 24,36 or 48 months etc). After my first tentative enquiry when Anissa phoned me back I felt reassured by her professional and friendly approach. As you may know I was after a first car for my daughter as a X-mas present and had left it a bit late. However Anissa was able to source a suitable car for me and kept me fully in touch with all stages to enable us to complete just before X-mas.
The car was delivered exactly on schedule by a very friendly man from the dealership in Kendal.
I've never leased a car before but following this experience I feel confident that when the time comes soon to replace my wife's car we'll be taking the lease option and FleetPrices will be our first choice enquiry.

I've taken delivery of the car and am very pleased with it. I've also been very pleased with, and appreciative of the support provided by your team in arranging this lease. Anissa in particular has been very helpful: always prompt and courteous in dealing with my many questions. (In fact I'm sure she'll be pleased I've got the car now - I'll have no more queries for her to answer!!) The rest of the support team, whoever I've dealt with, have also been great. Thank you, and please pass on my thanks to them.
One comment on the actual package as something by way of feedback for the future. It wasn't clear until quite late in making the arrangements that the Jaguar leasing company does not allow the driver to utilise the “App” and the associated emergency response and breakdown services. As it happens I personally am not too worried by this: the App functions would be used on very few occasions anyway and I have alternative breakdown cover arrangements. However, as I'm paying ~£400/month it's disappointing to learn that I'm being denied access to all of the services that Jaguar have provided in the car I'm leasing. This is apparently on the grounds of “Data protection” but I sense this is nothing more than a poor excuse for the leasing company not to have to bother to put the resources in place to manage this properly. This is nothing to do with Fleet Prices, and certainly no reflection on the service that you have provided, but I raise this as a matter that you might wish to explore further.
I would also add, in closing, that the collection service for my previous car was also very well organised. Whilst this was probably not controlled by Fleet Prices, be happy to take some credit for it! :-)

Not sure about the reason for a GAP insurance since we have not purchased the vehicle but are leasing it (i.e. we do not have any financial commitment with regards to the purchase of the vehicle). Therefore, I am assuming that the comprehensive insurance cover that we have will be sufficient. Am I correct?
All received and love the car. Can't believe how great a deal we got with the spec of the car. Thank you so much for all your help.
