Yes the Qashqai arrived yesterday whilst I was at work. It looks great and drives really well - but I have only seen/driven it in the dark as yet! That is the problem with changing a car at this time of the year- I have to wait for the week-end.
Thanks so much for all your work and patience, especially in the early decision stages when I couldn't sort a colour out! This has been the 4th lease car I have had and you have made the administration for me very easy.

We're over the moon with the car, really pleased with it. The spec is great – particular favourites are the rear parking camera and panoramic sunroof. Not sure we'll be able to have a car without these in future! It's such a joy to drive, ever so comfortable and easy to handle.
The collection went smoothly on Friday – Steve was great, he took the time to talk me through all of the options/buttons/gadgets on the vehicle which was really appreciated.

I have to praise Carl . This is my very first lease deal so I was
a touch out of my depth at first.
I constantly asked questions and sought reassurances.
Carl answered the lot and probably ended up doing me about 6 different
quotes on various Yeti's.
My only grumble would be being advised the car would be with us by
April 1st which slipped to the 4th.
Anyway, I found the process smooth and Fleetprices the most
Thank you for getting in touch and apologies i have not replied sooner but i am out of the UK working.
We cannot thank your company enough and dealing with Fleet Prices was so easy and the level of customer service was excellent. I originally used the search engine - Contract Hire and Leasing and the prices quoted for the BMW 330D Xdrive were fantastic.
However after i had registered my interest i received a call from Leo advising that the prices online were wrong and this was due to an error by the finance company. At this stage i thought about looking elsewhere but Leo asked to leave our request with him and he would look into a bit further. He was true to his word and came back with a fantastic lease deal that was not much higher than the original price i had seen online.
I have already thanked Leo on the phone but if you can pass on further thanks as i did make him work hard on the options list and he gave us advice as we went along and we even changed colours and trim two or three times and the final price was something we could afford every month.
After dealing with Leo i was passed over to the support team (Rachel, Claire, Rochelle & Rebecca) and they looked after me every step of the way and nothing seemed to much trouble and i had weekly updates regarding the cars progress for delivery. The big thing for me was trying to get the car delivered before the April 1st VED changes and avoid the higher costs because the car was over £40000 in value.
I know that Leo and the Support team worked with David Codman at BMW Scunthorpe to get the car delivered in time.
I understand it is not common practise but we asked Fleet Prices and BMW Scunthorpe if we could pick up the new car in person. I am sure you will agree there is something special about picking up your new car and that new car feeling. So we must pass on thanks to everyone involved for letting that happen and the new car is fantastic and a step up from our previous family SUV😊. Leo even phoned me on the day of pick up to make sure everything went smoothly.
The finance company Arval are also very good and no problems in dealing with them so far at all.
So please thank everyone again and we will be looking for a 2nd car at some point this year and I will be contacting Leo and the team and see if they can secure us another excellent deal.

Delivery went well on Thursday, and we've been enjoying getting to know the new car over the weekend.
The service from Fleet Prices has been excellent right from the start, thanks to James in no small part. Any other time I've needed to contact your team they've always got back to me quickly and with a helpful answer.
I'm a returning customer. I was happy with the service I received from Anissa before and very happy with her and Jessica this time round.

All went really well with the delivery of our new car. The gentleman who delivered the car was extremely helpful showing us all the car in detail. I have to say that he didn't rush and answered all our questions. We are looking forward to enjoying our new car. The date being changed didn't inconvenience us at all. Thank you for all you help.

For an end to end process which clearly involves a great deal of third parties and communication between them all, you've clearly got a well refined workflow in place which really does shine through.

I have received my vehicle and I'm really pleased with it so far - although I haven't had chance to drive it much yet! Can you remind me what I need to do about servicing? Will I get any kind of reminder or is it my responsibility to arrange the services at the right time? (And if so, what are the guidelines for servicing intervals?). Sorry if I've already asked you that!
