Just a short note to let you know that I was very happy with the service I received from Fleet Prices, for the second time, as I had previously leased a Mercedes A180 from you. Leo was again very helpful and kept me informed of what was going on and was able to accommodate any changes that I wanted . Also the rest of the support team, specifically Jessica, were also very helpful and able to sort out some changes that were needed to the paperwork, so thanks for all your assistance.
Regarding gap insurance, I followed the link from your website and have purchased GAP insurance from Brokergap, which I had previously also done for the Merc; thanks for the advice.

I used your company to lease a car for my wife last year, so then I recommended you to the company I work for to get the 3008.
In both cases I worked with your colleague Anissa Elmecheri and I found that she was very informative and prompt in all her responses. I enjoyed working with her and had no problems at all.

Great service as ever from Fleetprices and Mike Tibbs is a legend - really helpful and organised and very customer focused.
One thing I would say - and I mentioned it to one of your ladies on the delivery day. That is the delivery service from Mercedes is poor. I know it is not your responsibility - but you may want to give feedback to Mercedes.
Firstly for a brand / positioning and client that Mercedes have the selection of delivery options is poor. There should be more options - either pick up or delivery at weekend and the slots available should be in 2 hour slots. I should not have to give up a whole weekday to receive the car.
Secondly - the delivery they made on 24th May was done by someone who could not be contacted by Mercedes to see where he was, he (the driver) told me that he was not told of an early delivery time requested. He also really did not know anything about the car, and to be quite honest was rather bumbling and confused.
I would have thought that Mercedes would not want this to be the way their product is finally delivered to the customer and the impression it makes. I would be quite happy to go somewhere (no more than half an hour away) at a weekend to pick up the car and be shown some key things by someone knowledgeable (for example at a dealership). It would probably be cheaper for them to do also and give that dealership a chance to get the 1 year/mileage service business from the customer in the future.

I am happy to say that this is the second time in 6 months we have used Fleet Prices and again the customer services was first class, every time I called with a concern the girls on the end of the phone were fantastic. James at the beginning was very helpful and informative. When the lease's on both cars runs out, I will be looking to Fleet Prices for a great deal again.

I have to say I'm extremely happy with your service. It was simply outstanding.
Delivery went as smooth as it could. The driver, named Andy, was exactly on time as he stated over the phone.
He was extremely polite and helpful. The whole process of handing over the car was quick and very pleasant.
The car itself is absolutely gorgeous. Everything is exactly as ordered.

Everything went like clockwork, got phone calls re. collection and delivery, and both were on time. Everthing form the day I made the enquiry has been excellent. Will contact you again when I need my next car Lease.

The car delivery and hand-over went smoothly, although it took my transport manager (who actually took delivery of the car whilst I was in a meeting) to come out later and show me how to start it! There's technology for you!
