I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your advice, patience and honesty throughout the whole procurement process. You have personally been very attentive and the response times to any/all of my queries, of which there have been many, has been truly first class. Everything went in accordance with the expectation you accurately set, which is key from the customer’s perspective.
I have purchased my vehicles from many different organisations in the past and unfortunately the experience has always left me wanting, however, I am pleased to say this has been the most positive experience to date. Testament to this is the fact that I wouldn’t hesitate to use you again, something I never previously done with any other organisation!

As a business owner myself I understand the value of feedback, both good and bad, and will always speak as I find. I'm please to say I only have positive things to say about my experience with Mike and the team. During the process there were issues that cropped up and the vehicle had to be changed several times, ending with a selection from immediately available stock due to time constraints caused by a delayed delivery date. Mike has been incredibly helpful, patient and supportive with me as things have needed to change, and I changed my mind, and kept me informed throughout.
I would happily recommend Mike and will be contacting him when I need my next vehicle.
I was very happy with the whole process thank you. Car arrived a little ahead of estimated dates in the end, which was nice, and I was kept as informed as I needed to be as we went along.
At the outset, Ashley struck the right balance between salesmanship communication, and bothersome / desperate communication that is around all too often I think. I'm always happy with the former, and can't abide the latter.
Slick professional service, what we most liked was the honesty from Anissa and the regularly email check ins and updates.
To summarise this is our a lease service should be and we would use fleet prices again should the deal be right.
Anissa is a valuable asset and your colleagues at Nissan were also very good at replying to my queries and keeping us updated. To top it off the delivery driver Rod called me to arrange a convenient time 2days before, then he was on time, smart, professional and a friendly chap.

Everything is fine with the car, thank you. The chap from the Chris Variava Dealership in Nottingham was excellent, when he delivered my car to me... I do recommend that you continue to use them in future as they have offered me great service so far.
Fleet Prices have been spot on as well - James was most helpful when sourcing my car for me.
I'm very happy with the car, it's the right choice for us at the moment and having had two Audis I'm glad I chose BMW this time around. I have to say that the whole process has been very smooth. Leo was patient at the beginning as we played the familiar additional options dance and in the end I think I got the spec vs price just right. Once the order had gone through and I was passed over to the support team things continued in a similar vane. The support team were knowledgeable regarding my order and responsive to all of my queries. It seems to me that decent customer service is a bit of an elusive trait these days, to find it in abundance with Fleet Prices was refreshing. There was a slight delay around the time of the finance documents but I think that was more to do with Arval not telling Fleet that they had received everything that they needed. The car was delivered clean and in perfect condition with 247 miles on the clock. It would have been nice to have put those miles on myself but that obviously would have required transport delivery. Maybe that could be an additonal option you could offer to customers if they required it?
Otherwise I really can not complain. See you in three years.
