In summary, the whole process from initial contact with Fleetprices to delivery of the car was first class. At all times we were updated as to how matters were progressing and we took possession of the car much quicker than anticipated. The vehicle is exactly as was expected. To be honest, we chose the car having visited our local Vauxhall dealer, but for whatever reason, they could not come even close to the final rental price offered by your company, so we are very pleased with the deal we received.

Great service as ever from Fleetprices and Mike Tibbs is a legend - really helpful and organised and very customer focused.
One thing I would say - and I mentioned it to one of your ladies on the delivery day. That is the delivery service from Mercedes is poor. I know it is not your responsibility - but you may want to give feedback to Mercedes.
Firstly for a brand / positioning and client that Mercedes have the selection of delivery options is poor. There should be more options - either pick up or delivery at weekend and the slots available should be in 2 hour slots. I should not have to give up a whole weekday to receive the car.
Secondly - the delivery they made on 24th May was done by someone who could not be contacted by Mercedes to see where he was, he (the driver) told me that he was not told of an early delivery time requested. He also really did not know anything about the car, and to be quite honest was rather bumbling and confused.
I would have thought that Mercedes would not want this to be the way their product is finally delivered to the customer and the impression it makes. I would be quite happy to go somewhere (no more than half an hour away) at a weekend to pick up the car and be shown some key things by someone knowledgeable (for example at a dealership). It would probably be cheaper for them to do also and give that dealership a chance to get the 1 year/mileage service business from the customer in the future.

Just like to send a few words of my experience with Fleetprices. This being my first lease i was a bit apprehensive about going
for a lease but have to say everything went great from first initial contact all the way through to delivery.
The only slight gripe i had was the delivery date was longer than expected, but i believe this was down to the dealer.
For the price i'm paying the car is fantastic and more importantly the kids love it as well.
I would highly recommending Fleetprices to anyone who is looking for a lease deal.

I have received my vehicle and I'm really pleased with it so far - although I haven't had chance to drive it much yet! Can you remind me what I need to do about servicing? Will I get any kind of reminder or is it my responsibility to arrange the services at the right time? (And if so, what are the guidelines for servicing intervals?). Sorry if I've already asked you that!

Having never used PCP and PCH to buy a car before, Ashley was professional, friendly and knowledgeable in dealing with my sometimes rather basic questions.
I tried a number of brokers as well as several Volvo dealers to make sure I knew exactly what was right for me. Ashley answered all my queries immediately, or within a few minutes - and rang back when he said he was going to ring back.
At no stage did I feel I was getting the hard sell. If some aspect of the deal wasn't right for me, he said so. Overall over happy indeed.

I will be looking to replace my Golf Cabriolet by June as it will be coming to the end of its 2 year lease. I might be interested in looking at the Audi TT - do you deal with Audi or any other manufacturer?
