The delivery went as was expected with a phone call from the driver an hour before he arrived. The car looked fantastically clean.
I'm very happy the way I was treated by Fleet Prices with Leo letting me know of any problems throughout as I had been in the USA shortly before the new car arrived.
I have also been offered a day at Brooklands with Mercedes as there were a few problems with some of the paperwork. It was no problem to me but I am looking forward to going sometime in July.

Yes the service was amazing it was my first time looking at leasing a car after my partner told me about it and Ashley Humphreys was super nice and super helpful didn't over complicate it for me as
I'm not a car person I just knew what budget I had every month and the car I wanted he never forced anything on me which is a massive plus if he had I would have gone somewhere else. He advised me on the delivery date and then your team kept me updated on every step it was seamless.
Every email I send no matter how silly was answered the whole experience was excellent and I would have no hesitation in using Fleet again and when the 3 years is up I'm sure I will be looking at another deal with Fleet.
The delivery man who had just driven my car for 8 hours was amazing and very pleasant and went over my car again without over complicating anything and it was with me at the time he said which for a working full time mum is what is needed.

I have received the C class Mercedes and I am extremely pleased with the vehicle. This is the first time we have purchased the vehicle in this manner as we normally purchase all our vehicles outright and have been pleasantly surprised at the efficiency of service we received. Leo was very knowledgeable and helped us through the process answering all queries we raised and even the person who delivered the vehicle was courteous and took the trouble to explain about the vehicle and we would have no hesitation using your company again should we wish to lease a further vehicle.
My experience was very positive and Rachel was fully supportive and helpful.
I dealt with Rachel Gouldingay in your team right the way through, from my first telephone enquiry, having been passed the deal by a colleague who has also taken delivery of an A6 back in March. It was always going to be a long lead in and I think that helped keep the cost/deal down as not many could/would wait 4 months. In the end it was more than 7 months and this was down to Audi changing the to the ULTRA engine, so for my extra 3 months wait I was rewarded by the new engine.
I was a little concerned and was guilty of pestering at times, but Rachel was very customer focused 'sold' the further delay to me and kept me informed of progress despite it being hard for her to find out herself. With June specified I settled myself to that meaning the end on June and I heard from Rachel right at the beginning of July, I had to re-do some paper work for Audi finance, to reflect the new engine and the car duly arrived as specified PM at 12.30. That part also went well and the delivery man was most helpful.
I hope Rachel is around in two years' time to find me another great deal.
I receive my new car this morning.
