Thanks for the follow up email.. The service I have received from yourselves has been very good with great communication throughout. Chris never got fed up with my numerous questions and always provided me with the answers in a quick and informative manner. Delivery was made within the set time scale. My only slight and it really is slight moan would be that the car was driven to me and not brought on a transporter ( I was under the impression it was arriving on one). It wasn't delivered from a local dealer either so had travelled some miles b4 arriving L. The car itself is lovely and we are very happy with it. We will not hesitate in recommending Fleet Prices to friends and family.

I came across this website by accident just before Christmas and having requested a quote, I quickly received a call from Leo who turned out to be an absolute star. The difference I found was that I felt someone was genuinely interested in my requirements as opposed to the larger companies who operate along the lines of a call centre. I have to admit, being a petrolhead I'm a bit like a kid in a sweetshop when it comes to narrowing down my choice and Leo has the patience of a saint. Once I'd made my choice from a competitive quote,the entire process was smooth and quick. I just took delivery of my new Volkswagen on Friday and I'm absolutely delighted. Three cheers for Leo. I can thoroughly recommend Leo, and if he is a reflection of the company, then hats off to FleetPrices too.

I've taken delivery of the car and am very pleased with it. I've also been very pleased with, and appreciative of the support provided by your team in arranging this lease. Anissa in particular has been very helpful: always prompt and courteous in dealing with my many questions. (In fact I'm sure she'll be pleased I've got the car now - I'll have no more queries for her to answer!!) The rest of the support team, whoever I've dealt with, have also been great. Thank you, and please pass on my thanks to them.
One comment on the actual package as something by way of feedback for the future. It wasn't clear until quite late in making the arrangements that the Jaguar leasing company does not allow the driver to utilise the “App” and the associated emergency response and breakdown services. As it happens I personally am not too worried by this: the App functions would be used on very few occasions anyway and I have alternative breakdown cover arrangements. However, as I'm paying ~£400/month it's disappointing to learn that I'm being denied access to all of the services that Jaguar have provided in the car I'm leasing. This is apparently on the grounds of “Data protection” but I sense this is nothing more than a poor excuse for the leasing company not to have to bother to put the resources in place to manage this properly. This is nothing to do with Fleet Prices, and certainly no reflection on the service that you have provided, but I raise this as a matter that you might wish to explore further.
I would also add, in closing, that the collection service for my previous car was also very well organised. Whilst this was probably not controlled by Fleet Prices, be happy to take some credit for it! :-)

The whole process was quick and painless.
Leo couldn't have been more helpful and even phoned me after delivery to ensure everything was Ok.
As for me, I am a very happy bunny and delighted with my new car.

Delivery of the car was fine, and service from Fleetprices and Brighton Audi was fine through the process, the only downside has been a rattle coming from a rear window in the last couple of days. Claire is going to take it into Northampton Audi for them to look at.
Beverley at Fleet Prices was excellent, responding quickly to emails at all times, and answered any questions that we had promptly and clearly.
