As regards the smooth delivery, it was just that. It turned up on the correct date, on time and in a good clean condition. In addition, the service we get from Leo on an on-going basis is excellent! He assist us fully all the way through from quotes stage to delivery in a professional and knowledgeable manner. Makes fleet management here at HYDROP a lot easier.

'I'd had a really good experience with Fleetprices.co.uk with my first car so when it's lease fell due, it was natural to go back. I was quite specific about what I was after and the team gave me a sensible number of options to work with, all of which were at extremely competitive prices to both alternative online services and to a dealer walk-in/negotiation. They also answered all of my questions, from details of the vehicle and manufacturing timeframes to specific advice on the process necessary for me to change the personalised plate. Whilst the vehicle was in manufacture I was kept up to date with regular progress emails and the team proved extremely flexible in delivery dates to account for a pre-planned holiday clash. I have nothing but praise for Anissa, exceptional service and such a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble for her, despite my numerous questions. She was able to offer a fantastic lease price for my new BMW 428i via Arval, which was far more competitive than I was offered from my local dealer. I look forward to ordering again with Anissa next time round when my lease is up for renewal.
CJ Automotive (Steve Hunt) has also been excellent, very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. It was no issue to deliver the car on a transporter (which itself was a brand new 15 reg!), as I requested. Anissa did me a big favour with that.
Arval UK themselves were far too slow to produce my finance documents, meaning that the car had to sit at the dealers for almost 2 weeks due to my cooling off period. That's acceptable given the busy month of March and Fleetprices have no control over this I assume.
My main criticism, however, is with Greenbower BMW, the local dealer in Wales who supplied the car. When the transporter driver arrived having driven from Warrington, the car was not ready and had not even been valeted, no number plates fitted, etc, despite them having had the car for almost 2 weeks. He was forced to wait for 2 hours until it was ready, so he didn't get to me until almost 7.00pm. The driver was great and apologised for the delay, but the car was filthy. It had simply had a jet wash and not even been hand dried. Even the tyres weren't dressed and the non-BMW car mats had been fitted, with the BMW fitted ones still in the plastic bag in the boot!
Anissa was great about it and immediately referred the matter to Steve Hunt at CJ Automotive. He agreed that I should get the car professionally valeted at his expense without hesitation, which was done yesterday by Carey's at a cost of £90. The valeter said there car was still covered in glue from the white protective factory coverings, the carpets were dirty and the paintwork was covered in water marks, wax spots and general dirt. He did a brilliant job over 2 hours and the car is now stunning! The paintwork is perfect!
There must have been a communication breakdown for Greenbower BMW to mess up so badly. To deliver a £40,000 car, after the time I was made to wait due to Arval's delay, in the way they did was very disappointing and tarnished the delivery after 4 months of waiting.
Inside the car, one of the speaker tweeter grills is scratched. Once again, Steve Hunt is dealing and has been great once again. Fingers crossed this minor issue will be resolved.
The car is awesome in every way and I am so pleased I went with the 428i. It's leagues ahead of my previous 2 C-Classes.

We were kept informed and upto date, Mike Tibbs has been absolutely brilliant.
The original delivery date of our Jaguar was improved by one whole month.
The delivery from Lancaster Sidcup was first class also.

Initial service was great thanks. Leo provided me with updates prior to the vehicle being delivered and was in contact once it arrived at Audi.
Both Chris and the service team were exemplary throughout the process. I've been 100% satisfied with service and price. `Chris was both responsive and friendly in the execution of the sale – the right balance between polite and persistent – no pushy sale, no call every 5 minutes but just enough to keep things moving when I got busy. The after sales team have also been top notch with quick email responses and the right level of information.
All told, its been smashing, and I'm glad you dropped me a mail to let you know that was the case. I'll be in touch as I need to secure another couple of vehicles over the coming months.
