I am emailing to give some feedback to yourselves and more specifically for the lady I dealt with, Anissa.
The whole process was smooth and Anissa is a really nice lady. So helpful and approachable, always being understanding, acting urgently on my behalf and keeping constant communication throughout the order process.
One of the nicest customer services representatives I think I've ever dealt with. She's a hugely positive example to your company and certainly deserves praise for her pleasant demeanour. My remembrance of her 'pleasantness' is what made me come back to look at ordering another vehicle this time round!
So thanks to the company and especially her. I hope you'll give her the praise she deserves, she does a very good job.

I found the experience very pleasant. Anissa worked quickly to secure the vehicle I was looking for. Provided regular support throughout the process to speed up delivery and even called the day after I had the motor to make sure I was happy.
Since driving it I have noticed that the tracking is out. Would any VW garage take a look at this for me?

I must say that all the staff that I have had reason to liaise with have been very helpful and professional without loosing their 'personal' touch. Any questions I have asked have been promptly replied to and answered. The delivery service was fine to the point where delivery arrangements were altered due to my unavailability.
Overall, nothing seemed too much trouble and it was a pleasure doing business with yourselves.
Yes everything went smoothly and i have insured the car with direct line, cause I'm their costumer for couple of years.

I have a friend who may be in the market for a small car on a lease arrangement similar to mine. Something like a Fiesta would suit her, probably an ecoboost 100 in Zetec trim, 5 door, delivery in January 2015 to Scotland, presumably Edinburgh. Could you see what is the best price you can come up with.

Having had to cancel a previous lease order with a different company due to their poor customer service I found Fleetprices where definitely a cut above.
I found the process went smoothly from the initial conversations with James (who was very helpful and patient) right through to the Support Team who kept me informed all the way.
The only comment I would make is I assumed that the car would be delivered on a flatbed and not driven to me so the car had mileage on it already. It's not a criticism just more of an observation.
Fleetprices admin fee is quite high compared to other lease companies however that is made up for with fantastic customer service.
