I was introduced and recommended to you (Fleetprices) by a colleague. Leasing was a new concept to me and I've always been someone who likes to own my cars. Having done some serious calculations on what my car was actually costing me, leasing did work out slightly more cost effective (based on the offer I got). Although I could not get the same caliber of car that I owned on lease without it costing a lot more money and the point of leasing for me was to save/cost no more than my current car. Fortunately at the time I was looking BMW were running a campaign on their 3 series which Leo alerted me too. He was very professional through the whole process and dealt with my many questions without fuss, being my first time at leasing I had a number of concerns regarding wear and tear, and looking at the different rental terms and which car manufacturer had the best offer, it took a few weeks to finally get me signed up!
It has been a trouble free experience and pleasure dealing with Leo and your support team. It was worth the 3 month wait for the car. The wife likes the car too which is always a good thing...
Thank you again and I'm sure I'll be speaking to Leo in 18 months time to discuss the next one. Hopefully there will be a similar deal/campaign running.

I've taken delivery of the car and am very pleased with it. I've also been very pleased with, and appreciative of the support provided by your team in arranging this lease. Anissa in particular has been very helpful: always prompt and courteous in dealing with my many questions. (In fact I'm sure she'll be pleased I've got the car now - I'll have no more queries for her to answer!!) The rest of the support team, whoever I've dealt with, have also been great. Thank you, and please pass on my thanks to them.
One comment on the actual package as something by way of feedback for the future. It wasn't clear until quite late in making the arrangements that the Jaguar leasing company does not allow the driver to utilise the “App” and the associated emergency response and breakdown services. As it happens I personally am not too worried by this: the App functions would be used on very few occasions anyway and I have alternative breakdown cover arrangements. However, as I'm paying ~£400/month it's disappointing to learn that I'm being denied access to all of the services that Jaguar have provided in the car I'm leasing. This is apparently on the grounds of “Data protection” but I sense this is nothing more than a poor excuse for the leasing company not to have to bother to put the resources in place to manage this properly. This is nothing to do with Fleet Prices, and certainly no reflection on the service that you have provided, but I raise this as a matter that you might wish to explore further.
I would also add, in closing, that the collection service for my previous car was also very well organised. Whilst this was probably not controlled by Fleet Prices, be happy to take some credit for it! :-)
I received my car this week and I'm very happy with it. I am just writing to say how grateful I am for the excellent service you and the team provided me. The information that I got sent via e-mail from the support team was absolutely first class. Very clear and very informative. Every step of the process I was given information and kept fully up-to-date and that was much appreciated. Can you pass my thanks on them to me please. And thanks to you as well, you couldn't have been more helpful.

Just wanted to say that the whole experience with Fleet Prices was great, I was always kept up to date with how things were progressing and everything was straight forward and clear.

Great service from Beverley. Best customer service I have ever had and I am picky! Delay on afternoon of delivery but that was not the drivers fault. The number given to him was wrong as it had an extra digit and that was the fault of the dealer (plus the traffic of course!)

Everything has gone very smoothly and I am very happy with the Volkswagen Tiguan Diesel Estate 2.0 TDi BlueMotion Tech Match Edition 150 5dr 2WD. It is a very nice car.
I found the whole experience very refreshing. These days it is becoming increasingly common to have to go through a lot of hassle with companies due to poor administration and management but this has definitely not been the case with Fleetprices.co.uk. From start to finish, it has all been well managed and straightforward and a pleasure. I would like to thank the team and Anissa for all their help and advice and answering all my questions so promptly, and of course your follow up courtesy.
