Thanks for the follow up, everything went well on Friday, the driver delivered the car first thing in the morning on the delivery date and went through the papers and checks with me – all good.

Great service as ever from Fleetprices and Mike Tibbs is a legend - really helpful and organised and very customer focused.
One thing I would say - and I mentioned it to one of your ladies on the delivery day. That is the delivery service from Mercedes is poor. I know it is not your responsibility - but you may want to give feedback to Mercedes.
Firstly for a brand / positioning and client that Mercedes have the selection of delivery options is poor. There should be more options - either pick up or delivery at weekend and the slots available should be in 2 hour slots. I should not have to give up a whole weekday to receive the car.
Secondly - the delivery they made on 24th May was done by someone who could not be contacted by Mercedes to see where he was, he (the driver) told me that he was not told of an early delivery time requested. He also really did not know anything about the car, and to be quite honest was rather bumbling and confused.
I would have thought that Mercedes would not want this to be the way their product is finally delivered to the customer and the impression it makes. I would be quite happy to go somewhere (no more than half an hour away) at a weekend to pick up the car and be shown some key things by someone knowledgeable (for example at a dealership). It would probably be cheaper for them to do also and give that dealership a chance to get the 1 year/mileage service business from the customer in the future.
The car itself is great !
Both Nicola and I have been happy with every aspect of the service so far. Your responses have been prompt and professional and the speed of service has been very impressive. We were truly surprised at how quick the process has been. The delivery driver was very professional too and most importantly the car is excellent in every way, exactly what we wanted and Mercedes make a fantastic car.

Yes, I'm very happy with the car thanks and the whole experience was fairly smooth and hassle free. There were lots of forms to complete and sometimes faxing/scanning wasn't available to me, but we worked around that (posting where possible) and turned it all around quite quickly. The amount of forms isn't unusual given the financial and contractual agreements to be made, so no issues there.
I also requested a car ASAP, so was pleased with how Fleet Prices found one in stock that pretty much matched my criteria and met my timescale demands.
My only outstanding question/s is when payments will be taken, both the initial '6-monthly' payment and the ongoing direct debits?
I have already recommended your services to other friends and family who are looking into similar leasing options.

I have to say that I couldn't be happier with Fleet Prices and the level of service and support I have received during the entire process. This is my fifth personal lease contract and so far I have not yet renewed with any company, however I would be delighted to with Fleetprices and would also highly recommend them to other colleagues who have chosen to take a car allowance rather than a company car.
Leo has been great, even ringing me the day after delivery to check everything had gone well. I do hope he keeps my number for 2 years time! The car itself is fantastic and I am delighted with the total process.
