Just got a chance to give a few comments on my experience. Sorry it's taken a motor while.
From the start Rachel has been professional and helpful. Although the order didn't go entirely smoothly, Rachel did everything I needed to make things right. While I didn't have as much interaction with the afterwards team, what I did experience was consistent professional service. I would certainly consider using you again for the next car and recommending you to colleagues and friends.
I don't have any outstanding queries or concerns that I need resolving at the moment, but I'm happy that I'll be able to contact Rachel should I require any assistance.

All my enquires were answered extremely promptly, you sourced the car I wanted very quickly and at a competitive price and the delivery was all as agreed.
Given this excellent service, I would certainly have no hesitation in using you services again or recommending you to others.
I am now looking forward to my wife allowing me to have a drive in her new car!
There was a error in my first order, 335d, where the price given to me was wrong and was not picked up until quite late in the process so we did not close. Leo helped through the issue and we agreed on the 435d instead, a good choice I think the car is much better specified than the 3 series and drives beautifully. Very happy.
The process once ordered was slick and easy and progressed without issue to delivery. The delivery was on time, very early in the day, and the off load was quiet and did not disturb my neighbours. The admin and communication was brilliant, I cannot praise Katie Buswell enough, she is a real asset to your organisation and I hope you recognise this with a thank you of some sort.
Price dependent, you will be the first on my list when the lease is done and I need another car and I will recommend you to others.
I did send some feedback through last week, but happy to repeat that I've been impressed with the level of service throughout the process.

Not sure about the reason for a GAP insurance since we have not purchased the vehicle but are leasing it (i.e. we do not have any financial commitment with regards to the purchase of the vehicle). Therefore, I am assuming that the comprehensive insurance cover that we have will be sufficient. Am I correct?
I would just like to say thank you for your assistance with my new car , the whole process right through to delivery last week was absolutely spot on , and you will definitely be my first port of call next time .

I've taken delivery of the car and am very pleased with it. I've also been very pleased with, and appreciative of the support provided by your team in arranging this lease. Anissa in particular has been very helpful: always prompt and courteous in dealing with my many questions. (In fact I'm sure she'll be pleased I've got the car now - I'll have no more queries for her to answer!!) The rest of the support team, whoever I've dealt with, have also been great. Thank you, and please pass on my thanks to them.
One comment on the actual package as something by way of feedback for the future. It wasn't clear until quite late in making the arrangements that the Jaguar leasing company does not allow the driver to utilise the “App” and the associated emergency response and breakdown services. As it happens I personally am not too worried by this: the App functions would be used on very few occasions anyway and I have alternative breakdown cover arrangements. However, as I'm paying ~£400/month it's disappointing to learn that I'm being denied access to all of the services that Jaguar have provided in the car I'm leasing. This is apparently on the grounds of “Data protection” but I sense this is nothing more than a poor excuse for the leasing company not to have to bother to put the resources in place to manage this properly. This is nothing to do with Fleet Prices, and certainly no reflection on the service that you have provided, but I raise this as a matter that you might wish to explore further.
I would also add, in closing, that the collection service for my previous car was also very well organised. Whilst this was probably not controlled by Fleet Prices, be happy to take some credit for it! :-)
