I would just like to say the whole service from start to finish has been excellent. Chris, the support team and the gentleman who delivered the car have all been extremely helpful and friendly whilst maintaining a professional approach. Any queries I had were answered and dealt with promptly and effectively. The new car is fantastic and I'm really pleased with it. I look forward to dealing with you again in three years when the lease is due for renewal and you will come highly recommended to anyone I know who is considering leasing a car.

I've taken delivery of the car and am very pleased with it. I've also been very pleased with, and appreciative of the support provided by your team in arranging this lease. Anissa in particular has been very helpful: always prompt and courteous in dealing with my many questions. (In fact I'm sure she'll be pleased I've got the car now - I'll have no more queries for her to answer!!) The rest of the support team, whoever I've dealt with, have also been great. Thank you, and please pass on my thanks to them.
One comment on the actual package as something by way of feedback for the future. It wasn't clear until quite late in making the arrangements that the Jaguar leasing company does not allow the driver to utilise the “App” and the associated emergency response and breakdown services. As it happens I personally am not too worried by this: the App functions would be used on very few occasions anyway and I have alternative breakdown cover arrangements. However, as I'm paying ~£400/month it's disappointing to learn that I'm being denied access to all of the services that Jaguar have provided in the car I'm leasing. This is apparently on the grounds of “Data protection” but I sense this is nothing more than a poor excuse for the leasing company not to have to bother to put the resources in place to manage this properly. This is nothing to do with Fleet Prices, and certainly no reflection on the service that you have provided, but I raise this as a matter that you might wish to explore further.
I would also add, in closing, that the collection service for my previous car was also very well organised. Whilst this was probably not controlled by Fleet Prices, be happy to take some credit for it! :-)
Thank you for your email - I think everything went well, it seemed to drag out a bit towards the final month, considering I think I placed the order in December and didn't get the car until April, but that wasn't an issue for us, timing was actually spot on as I sold my car 3 days previous.
But yeah - 10/10 if I was asked to rate.

Yes, as explained to both Alisha & Ashley, I am delighted with the car I chose, the service given & the fact it arrived approx 4 weeks earlier than indicated. Well done Fleet.
The only point I raised with Alisha was that the delivery mileage of some 260 miles might be included in the contract. I am surprised but will wait till the end of the 36 month term. The dealer contribution has also been received as promised.

Just wanted to drop a note to say the car arrived yesterday and I'm really pleased with it.
Also to thank you for your assistance in arranging this deal for me. Due to work I have had to conduct most of the arrangements via email, you have always got back to me promptly with any queries I have had and on numerous occasions left voicemails with me to ensure I was up to date. You're effort in identifying a car with the exact spec I was looking but with a much reduced waiting time has made an immeasurable difference.
