I had never used a car leasing company like fleet Prices before to purchase a car before, but the overall experience was very positive, from the initial conversations about make and model to the finance. I found that any queries that i had were answered very quickly either be phone or e-mail and issues were sorted out or reassurance was given about the process. the only real issue that i encountered was the time it took for the car to be delivered (this was partly down to me deciding on a car with different specification and therefore it had to be built) this is something i will have to look at closely once the current lease is running out.
Overall i was very pleased with the customer service and would recommend the company to others.

All went really well with the delivery of our new car. The gentleman who delivered the car was extremely helpful showing us all the car in detail. I have to say that he didn't rush and answered all our questions. We are looking forward to enjoying our new car. The date being changed didn't inconvenience us at all. Thank you for all you help.

I've taken delivery of the car and am very pleased with it. I've also been very pleased with, and appreciative of the support provided by your team in arranging this lease. Anissa in particular has been very helpful: always prompt and courteous in dealing with my many questions. (In fact I'm sure she'll be pleased I've got the car now - I'll have no more queries for her to answer!!) The rest of the support team, whoever I've dealt with, have also been great. Thank you, and please pass on my thanks to them.
One comment on the actual package as something by way of feedback for the future. It wasn't clear until quite late in making the arrangements that the Jaguar leasing company does not allow the driver to utilise the “App” and the associated emergency response and breakdown services. As it happens I personally am not too worried by this: the App functions would be used on very few occasions anyway and I have alternative breakdown cover arrangements. However, as I'm paying ~£400/month it's disappointing to learn that I'm being denied access to all of the services that Jaguar have provided in the car I'm leasing. This is apparently on the grounds of “Data protection” but I sense this is nothing more than a poor excuse for the leasing company not to have to bother to put the resources in place to manage this properly. This is nothing to do with Fleet Prices, and certainly no reflection on the service that you have provided, but I raise this as a matter that you might wish to explore further.
I would also add, in closing, that the collection service for my previous car was also very well organised. Whilst this was probably not controlled by Fleet Prices, be happy to take some credit for it! :-)
Thanks for getting the car sorted for me! Not sure if Paul mentioned but I originally had a lease arrange through another leasing contract hire Company, after they didn't send me the paperwork causing one delay the car then came in without alloys which meant they would have to start the whole process from scratch, adding another 3 weeks onto the 3 weeks I had already waited, I was borrowing my sisters car which was for sale so was panicking when it all fell through!!!
Anyway my boss found Fleet Prices and they managed to arrange me a car within a week! Paul Phillipson was fantastic, he communicated well and contacted me after each email to make sure I had got it!
I would definatley come to you again once this lease is up.
PS Beverley has been very friendly too! Makes dealing with companies so much nicer when people actually communicate properly :)

Very happy with the service i received throughout the whole process and in pacticular the turn around period from ordering to delivery. I need to especially praise Rachel Gouldingay for ensuring this short turnaround and even helping me through the process on her annual leave, a credit to your company.

My main point of contact since day 1 was Beverley Rawlinson and she was incredibly helpful and lovely to deal with. I have recommended your company to a few colleagues this week.
The service was excellent. If I was to be picky and mention anything worth improving, you could set customers expectations more out at the start of the process. For me it would have been good to know the process timeline from placing the order to receiving finance docs to 14 days for delivery as a long distance sale.
Apart from that all good.
