Thanks for getting in touch and I can confirm we have been absolutely delighted with the service from you guys.
We were looked after from initial phone call through to delivery by Elena Parker who has been brilliant and always answered any questions whilst assuring us at every stage of the process (we were first time leasers so this was all new to us!).
Elena has been friendly, professional, always getting back to us promptly and is a credit to the company offering customer service of the highest standard. Even though there were a couple of hiccups (allow shortage at the factory so not your fault) she was on the ball, took control and sorted everything and kept us in the picture. She then liaised with Steve Walmsley at Lookers (who was equally brilliant) and between them, they went out of their way to ensure we had delivery on our chosen date, even though this meant extra work for them to re-juggle customers expectations and source a vehicle of the same spec in time for us.
Finally our vehicle delivery was excellent with the driver offering great customer service and again provided a friendly, nothing a problem attitude. And of course the car is excellent too!
The whole experience has been excellent and everyone has been brilliant to work with and we will recommend the company to all our friends and relatives. You will be the first company we ever think of for any vehicle leasing needs in the future.
So a big thank you to all involved and for offering such brilliant service with the highest level of customer care and attention to detail.

Yeti duely arrived this morning everything fantastic, just wanted to express my thanks for all your help in sorting things out for me and having the patience to deal with a cranky old Welshman looking for a bargain. Yachi da butty boy roughly translated means cheers mate ha ha.
Following your last email I would like to say what a pleasure it's been doing business with your company. From the first quote to delivery nothing was to much trouble. I felt all the staff I spoke to wanted to help and they were always very professional. I would recommend fleet prices to any one.
Other than quite a long wait for the vehicle - not your fault but VW - everything went well. Thank you for all your help. The team were all very good with any questions I had.

Thanks Steve. Service I received throughout the process was great – Anissa went above and beyond the call of duty and was very keen and quick to help.
Similarly, the team I dealt with once my car was on order were very helpful. Quick to update me on progress and good at resolving issues with the finance company when paperwork was wrong etc.

Many thanks for the email below. We source GAP insurance via our broker for the whole fleet.
As regards the smooth delivery, it was just that. It turned up on the correct date, on time and in a good clean condition. In addition, the service we get from Leo on an on-going basis is excellent! He assist us fully all the way through from quotes stage to delivery in a professional and knowledgeable manner. Makes fleet management here at HYDROP a lot easier.

Great service as ever from Fleetprices and Mike Tibbs is a legend - really helpful and organised and very customer focused.
One thing I would say - and I mentioned it to one of your ladies on the delivery day. That is the delivery service from Mercedes is poor. I know it is not your responsibility - but you may want to give feedback to Mercedes.
Firstly for a brand / positioning and client that Mercedes have the selection of delivery options is poor. There should be more options - either pick up or delivery at weekend and the slots available should be in 2 hour slots. I should not have to give up a whole weekday to receive the car.
Secondly - the delivery they made on 24th May was done by someone who could not be contacted by Mercedes to see where he was, he (the driver) told me that he was not told of an early delivery time requested. He also really did not know anything about the car, and to be quite honest was rather bumbling and confused.
I would have thought that Mercedes would not want this to be the way their product is finally delivered to the customer and the impression it makes. I would be quite happy to go somewhere (no more than half an hour away) at a weekend to pick up the car and be shown some key things by someone knowledgeable (for example at a dealership). It would probably be cheaper for them to do also and give that dealership a chance to get the 1 year/mileage service business from the customer in the future.
The car itself is great !
