The car is great and I am very pleased.
The service from you guys was great, you kept me updated along the way, I never felt like I needed to chase you up on anything.
The guy that delivered the car was really pleasant and Caffryns should be delighted with him. He arrived in Manchester just after 7am, all the way from Brighton and he was more than happy to show me around the car and show me the controls etc.

Great service as ever from Fleetprices and Mike Tibbs is a legend - really helpful and organised and very customer focused.
One thing I would say - and I mentioned it to one of your ladies on the delivery day. That is the delivery service from Mercedes is poor. I know it is not your responsibility - but you may want to give feedback to Mercedes.
Firstly for a brand / positioning and client that Mercedes have the selection of delivery options is poor. There should be more options - either pick up or delivery at weekend and the slots available should be in 2 hour slots. I should not have to give up a whole weekday to receive the car.
Secondly - the delivery they made on 24th May was done by someone who could not be contacted by Mercedes to see where he was, he (the driver) told me that he was not told of an early delivery time requested. He also really did not know anything about the car, and to be quite honest was rather bumbling and confused.
I would have thought that Mercedes would not want this to be the way their product is finally delivered to the customer and the impression it makes. I would be quite happy to go somewhere (no more than half an hour away) at a weekend to pick up the car and be shown some key things by someone knowledgeable (for example at a dealership). It would probably be cheaper for them to do also and give that dealership a chance to get the 1 year/mileage service business from the customer in the future.
The car itself is great !
Car arrived at 10am apparently, Vanessa signed for it.
She just called saying she really loves it, it looks great and is just what she wanted.

The new car arrived safely just before 8 this morning, I am delighted with it.

The delivery man said the in due course you will send me the vehicle registration docs together with any other paperwork relevant to the purchase.
I may well be in touch with you again in about 34 months to discuss another lease contract!!

Yes, the car arrived on Saturday and feedback from me would be how helpful the delivery man was - excellent service.
The only thing I'm unsure about is how to book a service or tyres etc, when the need arises, presumably there is a central number somewhere rather than just booking it in with the local dealer myself?
