With regards to the experience I have had in getting my new car I would like to say how easy and professionally the whole transaction was handled by yourself and anyone else I had to deal with.
Advice was always on hand and delivered in a very curteous maner. Once the finance was agreed, both Doug and I were delighted at the speed in which the vehicle was delivered to us. We would have no hesitation in recomending you to prospective customers and thankyou for helping us find the right vehicle for us.

The Sales Support Team were unfailingly polite and helpful whenever I contacted them and I have recommended Fleet Prices to friends and work colleagues.
The only gripe I had during the process was the length of time for delivery, but giving this was of my own choice (due to the number of options selected) this is not directed at your organisation but Mercedes themselves!
I will be definitely coming back to you in approx. 2 years when we need to replace my Wife's car!!

I have to say I'm very pleased with the service I received from FLEET PRICES. I dealt with Chris initially he was very polite and professional, answered every question I had and helped me through the process stage by stage. Then Jessica too was very helpful and provided me with all the necessary information for competition .
With regards to delivery of the vehicle I was informed at various stages as to delivery time and when the drivers were delayed they let me know. They were both very pleasant and took the time to give me explanation as to instruments on the dash board, and just made the experience a pleasant one so cannot fault you on anything and on that basis would be happy to recommend you.

Response times were always quick and the staff helpful. The same can't be said for the delivery service we received from Audi.
A very rude lady dropped off a courtesy car to my mother in the morning. We were told that the car delivery driver would call an hour before arrival, he didn't. He arrived bang on 12:30 luckily my wife was home for her lunch. He pulled the car on the drive, barley said more than 10 words to her. He didn't take her around the vehicle or even show her anything other than the mileage and then he was gone.
As far as Fleet though we would definitely be happy to use again the service was 10 out of 10 all the way through.
First time leasing for me whole process was made easy and smooth by steve at fleetprices.Car was delivered on the day on time.very pleased with the service would not hesitate to use them again.cheers Allan
Sorry for the delay in replying, but I kept your mail in anticipation that I would get a chance to reply as some stage. I can offer the following comments:-
1. I used the internet to find leasing companies, so your presence on contracthireandleasing.co.uk was where I found you.
2. I found Rachel easy to deal with, prompt at getting back to me regarding availability and generally very helpful all round
3. The finance application process was not too onerous and acceptance granted quickly
4. Delivery arrangements fitted in around the collection of my previous car with no issues, which saved me some hassle
5. The car was delivered early on the due day with no issues
6. Subsequent to delivery, Rachel has dealt promptly with a few queries for me, though I have a minor problem with the service interval computer which was not reset prior to delivery (I've emailed Rachel about this).
Hope this is of use - my overall experience was good and I would definitely consider using you again next time round.

Re the gap insurance it transpired that it is included in my current ins.policy but thanks for the heads up.
