I've been very pleased and impressed by everyone at Fleet Services. My partner has leased before so we have a benchmark and I can say that everyone from Carl through to the aftersales contacts have been very good and we will definitely use you again and recommend you to friends. Everything was good my end except I left it a bit late to order and so had to wait 10 weeks without a car and so had to borrow my mums for this time, not ideal.

I was very happy with the service throughout thanks. Everything was very efficient and everyone was very helpful. My request not to ring home if at all possible, as the car was a surprise for my wife's birthday, was followed through by everyone including the delivery driver.

My liaison with Rachel was seamless from the beginning and she worked hard to get me the best deal possible which I am truly grateful for. Following the order Rachel has kept contact throughout and was always available to answer my queries when required. Rachel has provided me with her direct contact details should i have any queries during my contract which is comforting.
The delivery itself went exactly as planned and the driver explained in detail everything about the car prior to handing me the keys, he really was a lovely gentleman.
I am certainly enjoying every moment in the car Audi TT, it really is a beautiful drive and has definitely given me a great start to 2016.
I will definitely be using fleet prices again on future orders and have already recommend the company and in particular Rachel and the support team to my colleagues.
Iíve had good service from companies over the years but Iíve got to say that Rachel has been exceptional. I have also now driven to work for the first time in a year without pain or discomfort. VW amongst others quoted 3months to get me a car so Iím over the moon.
I will whole heartedly recommend Fleet Prices and Rachel to anyone I know who is looking for a contract hire.

Great service as ever from Fleetprices and Mike Tibbs is a legend - really helpful and organised and very customer focused.
One thing I would say - and I mentioned it to one of your ladies on the delivery day. That is the delivery service from Mercedes is poor. I know it is not your responsibility - but you may want to give feedback to Mercedes.
Firstly for a brand / positioning and client that Mercedes have the selection of delivery options is poor. There should be more options - either pick up or delivery at weekend and the slots available should be in 2 hour slots. I should not have to give up a whole weekday to receive the car.
Secondly - the delivery they made on 24th May was done by someone who could not be contacted by Mercedes to see where he was, he (the driver) told me that he was not told of an early delivery time requested. He also really did not know anything about the car, and to be quite honest was rather bumbling and confused.
I would have thought that Mercedes would not want this to be the way their product is finally delivered to the customer and the impression it makes. I would be quite happy to go somewhere (no more than half an hour away) at a weekend to pick up the car and be shown some key things by someone knowledgeable (for example at a dealership). It would probably be cheaper for them to do also and give that dealership a chance to get the 1 year/mileage service business from the customer in the future.
