Not sure about the reason for a GAP insurance since we have not purchased the vehicle but are leasing it (i.e. we do not have any financial commitment with regards to the purchase of the vehicle). Therefore, I am assuming that the comprehensive insurance cover that we have will be sufficient. Am I correct?

I'm very happy with the car, it's the right choice for us at the moment and having had two Audis I'm glad I chose BMW this time around. I have to say that the whole process has been very smooth. Leo was patient at the beginning as we played the familiar additional options dance and in the end I think I got the spec vs price just right. Once the order had gone through and I was passed over to the support team things continued in a similar vane. The support team were knowledgeable regarding my order and responsive to all of my queries. It seems to me that decent customer service is a bit of an elusive trait these days, to find it in abundance with Fleet Prices was refreshing. There was a slight delay around the time of the finance documents but I think that was more to do with Arval not telling Fleet that they had received everything that they needed. The car was delivered clean and in perfect condition with 247 miles on the clock. It would have been nice to have put those miles on myself but that obviously would have required transport delivery. Maybe that could be an additonal option you could offer to customers if they required it?
Otherwise I really can not complain. See you in three years.
The delivery went as was expected with a phone call from the driver an hour before he arrived. The car looked fantastically clean.
I'm very happy the way I was treated by Fleet Prices with Leo letting me know of any problems throughout as I had been in the USA shortly before the new car arrived.
I have also been offered a day at Brooklands with Mercedes as there were a few problems with some of the paperwork. It was no problem to me but I am looking forward to going sometime in July.
Yep, delivery was all good. I got a phone call with time on Wednesday evening and they arrived about 5 minutes before that.

When I leased the VV Transporter he dealt with an issue caused by one of your dealers losing its VW franchise seamlessly, explaining everything honestly and transparently putting my mind at rest.
He is true to his word and delivers without being pushy - salesmanship at its finest. Nothing is too much trouble for him.
We have never leased before and down to Ashley we are now on our second deal with your company.
It is extremely refreshing to have a trusting relationship with a sales person and fleet prices are very lucky to have him.
Very pleased so far with the A3 which was delivered by Audi's agent in an excellent and very clean condition! The delivery was first class and I cannot fault the guy who made the journey down with the vehicle. I was informed all along as to what time he would arrive which helped me plan my day.
