Great service from Beverley. Best customer service I have ever had and I am picky! Delay on afternoon of delivery but that was not the drivers fault. The number given to him was wrong as it had an extra digit and that was the fault of the dealer (plus the traffic of course!)

The service was excellent throughout thank you very much. Ashley was very helpful at the start and the support team were always very prompt and helpful replying to queries before and after the car was delivered. The delivery drivers were also really friendly and helpful.

In summary, the whole process from initial contact with Fleetprices to delivery of the car was first class. At all times we were updated as to how matters were progressing and we took possession of the car much quicker than anticipated. The vehicle is exactly as was expected. To be honest, we chose the car having visited our local Vauxhall dealer, but for whatever reason, they could not come even close to the final rental price offered by your company, so we are very pleased with the deal we received.

Everything went like clockwork, got phone calls re. collection and delivery, and both were on time. Everthing form the day I made the enquiry has been excellent. Will contact you again when I need my next car Lease.
I'm very happy with the car, it's the right choice for us at the moment and having had two Audis I'm glad I chose BMW this time around. I have to say that the whole process has been very smooth. Leo was patient at the beginning as we played the familiar additional options dance and in the end I think I got the spec vs price just right. Once the order had gone through and I was passed over to the support team things continued in a similar vane. The support team were knowledgeable regarding my order and responsive to all of my queries. It seems to me that decent customer service is a bit of an elusive trait these days, to find it in abundance with Fleet Prices was refreshing. There was a slight delay around the time of the finance documents but I think that was more to do with Arval not telling Fleet that they had received everything that they needed. The car was delivered clean and in perfect condition with 247 miles on the clock. It would have been nice to have put those miles on myself but that obviously would have required transport delivery. Maybe that could be an additonal option you could offer to customers if they required it?
Otherwise I really can not complain. See you in three years.

Steve the whole experience has been good from Leo to Claire on the support team,Iwas kept in the loop at all times.So I have been really happy,one issue slightly spoilt it,The Evoque was delivered at 8.30am and I was told the Tiguan was a first job for the pick up driver,obviously I wanted to go out and drive my new car but couldn't as I may have missed the pick up of the Tiguan.I called the company at.11.30am and was told the driver would be with me within a couple of hours.At 2.45pm I called again and was told the driver would not be with me until between 5 and 6pm.I was due in work at 5pm so I had to wait for my wife to come home and give her the Tiguan keys,The guy turned up at 6pm.Apart from that all was fine the Tiguan was spotless no charges,whoever gets the Tiguan will get a lovely motor.
Car has been delivered and all went very smoothly with no issues whatsoever. It's so far been a real joy to drive and has been a nice change from the previous lease (Audi A6).
Great service from Mike Tibbs, I've recommended Mike and your business to 3 colleagues as well as family members.
The physical handover had less 'ceremony' than perhaps I've been used to when buying new car, but that didn't detract from the overall expericence.
