Well, I have to say thanks for all the assitance that you have given me. I think the process was smooth, professionaly driven and I felt to be taken care of.
Overall I would have to say that I was very pleased with the support and assistance that I received from your team. The way that you have the customer support organised worked well for me and your staff were all very responsive to any issues or queries that I had. Calls were always answered and emails responded to very promptly, so I would be pleased to tell my friends to consider using your service. The price was very keen and the options clearly explained.
Overall very pleased, and the car is pretty good too.

The car delivery and hand-over went smoothly, although it took my transport manager (who actually took delivery of the car whilst I was in a meeting) to come out later and show me how to start it! There's technology for you!

I apologise for late reply, we are currently in Spain (weather not the best)
I can confirm the full process of hiring the van from yourselves has been effortless. Fleet staff has kept me informed at each stage. Very competitive prices and constant updates. Also on day of delivery we had a funeral to attend, rather than arrange another delivery date it was agreed to let my brother take delivery with my authorisation.
I would definitely recommend, and most certainly use again.

I've taken delivery of the car and am very pleased with it. I've also been very pleased with, and appreciative of the support provided by your team in arranging this lease. Anissa in particular has been very helpful: always prompt and courteous in dealing with my many questions. (In fact I'm sure she'll be pleased I've got the car now - I'll have no more queries for her to answer!!) The rest of the support team, whoever I've dealt with, have also been great. Thank you, and please pass on my thanks to them.
One comment on the actual package as something by way of feedback for the future. It wasn't clear until quite late in making the arrangements that the Jaguar leasing company does not allow the driver to utilise the “App” and the associated emergency response and breakdown services. As it happens I personally am not too worried by this: the App functions would be used on very few occasions anyway and I have alternative breakdown cover arrangements. However, as I'm paying ~£400/month it's disappointing to learn that I'm being denied access to all of the services that Jaguar have provided in the car I'm leasing. This is apparently on the grounds of “Data protection” but I sense this is nothing more than a poor excuse for the leasing company not to have to bother to put the resources in place to manage this properly. This is nothing to do with Fleet Prices, and certainly no reflection on the service that you have provided, but I raise this as a matter that you might wish to explore further.
I would also add, in closing, that the collection service for my previous car was also very well organised. Whilst this was probably not controlled by Fleet Prices, be happy to take some credit for it! :-)
It's unusual these days to receive such great service - but that's exactly what we received from Ashley and the girls involved in your customer support.

Yep, delivery was all good. I got a phone call with time on Wednesday evening and they arrived about 5 minutes before that.
