Apologies for the delay in getting back to you but summer holidays have taken priority!
We took delivery of the VW Tiguan at the time & date specified. We received a call about the delivery the day before (& on the day too, if memory serves) to let us know when he’d be at our address. He was a very pleasant & courteous older guy (from Kendall, I think – sorry, can’t recall his name) and shared a cup of tea & a chat before he left.
So no problems at all and we’re delighted with the car. I’ve already mentioned your Company name to a few friends but none were actively looking to lease a car at the moment. However, I would happily recommend Fleet Prices in the future especially as I believe I got the best deal around at the time and I was kept informed throughout the whole process by Anissa Elmecheri.

Great service as ever from Fleetprices and Mike Tibbs is a legend - really helpful and organised and very customer focused.
One thing I would say - and I mentioned it to one of your ladies on the delivery day. That is the delivery service from Mercedes is poor. I know it is not your responsibility - but you may want to give feedback to Mercedes.
Firstly for a brand / positioning and client that Mercedes have the selection of delivery options is poor. There should be more options - either pick up or delivery at weekend and the slots available should be in 2 hour slots. I should not have to give up a whole weekday to receive the car.
Secondly - the delivery they made on 24th May was done by someone who could not be contacted by Mercedes to see where he was, he (the driver) told me that he was not told of an early delivery time requested. He also really did not know anything about the car, and to be quite honest was rather bumbling and confused.
I would have thought that Mercedes would not want this to be the way their product is finally delivered to the customer and the impression it makes. I would be quite happy to go somewhere (no more than half an hour away) at a weekend to pick up the car and be shown some key things by someone knowledgeable (for example at a dealership). It would probably be cheaper for them to do also and give that dealership a chance to get the 1 year/mileage service business from the customer in the future.
The car itself is great !
Everything went well with delivery on Friday, very pleased with the car.
We are off work today, so will be going out for a drive, in the sun.

Thank you for your follow up message. I am absolutely delighted with the car and the service provided by yourselves at fleet prices and Ashley Humphreys in particular. I first spoke to Ashley roughly the end of September and put my order in for my VW golf and was given an expected delivery of late November. However, in November i was informed by the support team it had been delayed to maybe June/July and was so disappointed as i needed the car ASAP. I then spoke with Ashley and he said to leave it with him and within 10 minutes he rang me back and said he had found me a car already built with my exact specification and the car would be delivered within 4 weeks. At first i thought it was a case of too good to be true but Ashley was excellent through the whole process from order to delivery, i will certainly be ordering my next car with fleet prices and Ashley and have recommend him and fleet prices to my friends and family.

Your salesman Leo was exceptional as my first point of contact with Fleetprices. He consistently got back to me within 24 hrs if not immediately and offered an efficient, honest and knowledgable service throughout our discussions. I quickly chose to work with Fleetprices on this basis.

Yes i am extremely happy with the new car and was very surprised just how good it is!!I had to get used to the new handbreak! But apart from that it looks great, runs well and is a joy to drive!

All went very well with the delivery and the chap who delivered it was very polite and helpful. We are very pleased with the car.
I came across your company on the internet and so you could say it was pretty random! What I liked initially was how clear the information was and that I could see what the fees were and had the ability to review each model and see what was included, the specs and the optional extras. When I made an initial enquiry the response time was good and the team was helpful. Sam made a good impression and I was able to build a rapport with him on email easily. He was always super helpful and remained responsive along the whole way.
When I made the order and was handed over to your service department they were also pretty good and I had a couple of confused emails but Rebecca was brilliant and again could not be more helpful. When the delivery went wrong she was on it straight away and stayed late to make sure I had been contacted by Mercedes and was happy with their resolution.
Overall your teams are polite, responsive and helpful. The buying experience was simple, straight forward and totally painless.
