'I'd had a really good experience with Fleetprices.co.uk with my first car so when it's lease fell due, it was natural to go back. I was quite specific about what I was after and the team gave me a sensible number of options to work with, all of which were at extremely competitive prices to both alternative online services and to a dealer walk-in/negotiation. They also answered all of my questions, from details of the vehicle and manufacturing timeframes to specific advice on the process necessary for me to change the personalised plate. Whilst the vehicle was in manufacture I was kept up to date with regular progress emails and the team proved extremely flexible in delivery dates to account for a pre-planned holiday clash. My new car is excellent, exactly what I ordered, delivered on time and spot on my budget. I have recommended Fleetprices.co.uk to a number of friends and colleagues and will continue so to do'.
In terms of the experience I would say it was first class, Michael Tomlin took my initial request for information and ensured I had the required quotes and any further support information very efficiently. He also worked under my constraints being available by e-mail only most of the time as I was busy deploying various services in different areas around the country and not always available by phone.
He was as honest as he could be - I probably could have found a better deal but he came across as the more professional and therefore trustworthy of the pool I was dealing with at the time. All arrangements went smoothly and he was able to answer what probably seemed like obvious queries in a timely manner and without fluster.
The delivery went smoothly, it was early and to be honest I was still abed, but the chap waited a few minutes for me to rise, showed me around the vehicle and pointed out the controls of note, access to the boot etc and we walked around - in the rain - to confirm all was well.
As mentioned to Michael in a note last night, the vehicle is a huge hit not only with myself for the quality and driving experience, but the family are very much enamored by it - more so even than the most recent Scirocco which previously held the top position.
To date then nothing but a positive experience all round from Fleetprices and Mercedes, and if asked I will certainly recommend your services.
Delivery of the car was fine, and service from Fleetprices and Brighton Audi was fine through the process, the only downside has been a rattle coming from a rear window in the last couple of days. Claire is going to take it into Northampton Audi for them to look at.
Beverley at Fleet Prices was excellent, responding quickly to emails at all times, and answered any questions that we had promptly and clearly.
I was more then happy with all of the help and advice i received from all of your team Carl and the support team who helped me with any questions i had and were more than happy to help. I would recommend you to anybody wanting a lease car thanks alot.

Thank you for your email - I think everything went well, it seemed to drag out a bit towards the final month, considering I think I placed the order in December and didn't get the car until April, but that wasn't an issue for us, timing was actually spot on as I sold my car 3 days previous.
But yeah - 10/10 if I was asked to rate.
I'd like to thank your team and especially Leo for very positive purchase experience. when I approached Leo I was not quite sure who you guys were, how the process works and what are the associated risks. however Leo's professionalism, prompt and informative responses (and some checks I had to run myself) helped to alleviate my concerns to the point I was ready to order.
unfortunately, by that time, the deal that I chose and had in mind was no longer relevant. I was obviously somewhat disappointed by missing on the car that I had in mind but was now looking for alternatives, when Leo called me back with a much better offer on a similar car!
