I've taken delivery of the car and am very pleased with it. I've also been very pleased with, and appreciative of the support provided by your team in arranging this lease. Anissa in particular has been very helpful: always prompt and courteous in dealing with my many questions. (In fact I'm sure she'll be pleased I've got the car now - I'll have no more queries for her to answer!!) The rest of the support team, whoever I've dealt with, have also been great. Thank you, and please pass on my thanks to them.
One comment on the actual package as something by way of feedback for the future. It wasn't clear until quite late in making the arrangements that the Jaguar leasing company does not allow the driver to utilise the “App” and the associated emergency response and breakdown services. As it happens I personally am not too worried by this: the App functions would be used on very few occasions anyway and I have alternative breakdown cover arrangements. However, as I'm paying ~£400/month it's disappointing to learn that I'm being denied access to all of the services that Jaguar have provided in the car I'm leasing. This is apparently on the grounds of “Data protection” but I sense this is nothing more than a poor excuse for the leasing company not to have to bother to put the resources in place to manage this properly. This is nothing to do with Fleet Prices, and certainly no reflection on the service that you have provided, but I raise this as a matter that you might wish to explore further.
I would also add, in closing, that the collection service for my previous car was also very well organised. Whilst this was probably not controlled by Fleet Prices, be happy to take some credit for it! :-)

Before receiving a call back from Fleet Prices, I had been into many garages. My experiences of going into garages was awful! I was laughed at for saying that I was looking to pay a low deposit and rental due to the budget I had. A salesman from VW actually laughed and said 'We don't sell them without engines or wheels, although you could make a hole under the drivers seat and put your legs through and run!' Another garage who were preparing a quote for PCP scheme on a C1 were avoiding telling me the interest rate and trying to hide behind the flat rate. When I finally got the interest rate out of them it was 15% APR. I found in all the garages if I asked a question I could not get a straight forward answer!
However, my experience with Fleet was totally different. If I asked a question, I got a straight quick answer. The process was great from the start to finish. I would definitely (and have) recommended you.
I don't normally give feedback, which is more down to my laziness than any other reason.
However I am still a firm believer that good service should be acknowledged.
I have been leasing cars for many years and 2 years I ago I came to Fleet Prices. The service then was first class and I remember being kept up to date with all stages of my lease. As they say people remember how you made them feel rather than what you did.
When my lease was due up I decided to come back to you and, although I did get a few quotes elsewhere at very similar prices, my interactions with Helen was the deciding factor. She is fantastic. She responded quickly to my emails and questions, and when we spoke a few times on the phone and it was so nice to speak to a real genuine person. Your lease process is very straightforward and in fairness anyone I've spoken to has been lovely and knowledgeable.
Delighted with my car also.
I have recommended you guys (and Helen) to my friends for their next lease.

Sorry for the delay in replying, but I kept your mail in anticipation that I would get a chance to reply as some stage. I can offer the following comments:-
1. I used the internet to find leasing companies, so your presence on contracthireandleasing.co.uk was where I found you.
2. I found Rachel easy to deal with, prompt at getting back to me regarding availability and generally very helpful all round
3. The finance application process was not too onerous and acceptance granted quickly
4. Delivery arrangements fitted in around the collection of my previous car with no issues, which saved me some hassle
5. The car was delivered early on the due day with no issues
6. Subsequent to delivery, Rachel has dealt promptly with a few queries for me, though I have a minor problem with the service interval computer which was not reset prior to delivery (I've emailed Rachel about this).
Hope this is of use - my overall experience was good and I would definitely consider using you again next time round.

I have received my vehicle and I'm really pleased with it so far - although I haven't had chance to drive it much yet! Can you remind me what I need to do about servicing? Will I get any kind of reminder or is it my responsibility to arrange the services at the right time? (And if so, what are the guidelines for servicing intervals?). Sorry if I've already asked you that!

Yes, everything went smoothly with delivery thanks. Very happy with the car so far!
The sales process with Fleetprices was very good. I was kept informed regularly of any updates with my order and any questions I had were answered quickly.
I would definitely consider using Fleetprices again.
