I'd first of all like to say how helpful all the girls, including Rachel, have been over the last few months. The car took rather longer than I expected to come as originally I was told it would be September which is when my old lease ended. But I have always been kept updated on its progress.
The delivery was straightforward but there was some damage to the alloy and tyre on the driver's side. Rachel has sent a chase email to audi so that the damage can be repaired. I hope to hear back in the next couple of days. Other than that, I'm a very happy customer.

I've taken delivery of the car and am very pleased with it. I've also been very pleased with, and appreciative of the support provided by your team in arranging this lease. Anissa in particular has been very helpful: always prompt and courteous in dealing with my many questions. (In fact I'm sure she'll be pleased I've got the car now - I'll have no more queries for her to answer!!) The rest of the support team, whoever I've dealt with, have also been great. Thank you, and please pass on my thanks to them.
One comment on the actual package as something by way of feedback for the future. It wasn't clear until quite late in making the arrangements that the Jaguar leasing company does not allow the driver to utilise the “App” and the associated emergency response and breakdown services. As it happens I personally am not too worried by this: the App functions would be used on very few occasions anyway and I have alternative breakdown cover arrangements. However, as I'm paying ~£400/month it's disappointing to learn that I'm being denied access to all of the services that Jaguar have provided in the car I'm leasing. This is apparently on the grounds of “Data protection” but I sense this is nothing more than a poor excuse for the leasing company not to have to bother to put the resources in place to manage this properly. This is nothing to do with Fleet Prices, and certainly no reflection on the service that you have provided, but I raise this as a matter that you might wish to explore further.
I would also add, in closing, that the collection service for my previous car was also very well organised. Whilst this was probably not controlled by Fleet Prices, be happy to take some credit for it! :-)
Yes everything went smoothly and i have insured the car with direct line, cause I'm their costumer for couple of years.
Your co worker Rachel Gouldingay was brilliant and patient with me and I could say if she wasn't chasing me I was going to hire a car from Arnold Clark.

Yes all fine thanks. Good comms by email/phone all round. Shame we couldn't squeeze it all in and get delivery before xmas but that was a long shot I know. No floor mats is the only disappointment - would have been nice if they were thrown in.
I used your company to lease a car for my wife last year, so then I recommended you to the company I work for to get the 3008.
In both cases I worked with your colleague Anissa Elmecheri and I found that she was very informative and prompt in all her responses. I enjoyed working with her and had no problems at all.
If the opportunity arises then I would be happy to refer you again to someone else.
In fact I already have another open quote with Anissa for my company car.
Just to let you know everything has worked out fine and as I said the other day, the car is far better than I expected. Jim Cronin at Harrison's has been great, as has the driver Bernie, who delivered the car. Nothing was too much trouble and given the time and lack of information from Ford Europe, this was very welcome. Please pass on my thanks to them both.
I have to say that given the circumstances, Fleetprices, principally through yourself, have been superb and I'd like to thank you for such sterling work against all the odds. Particularly putting up with a grumpy old bas...d like me, well done and thanks again. I've copied Steve Marston in, because I think he needs to know how well you handled everything and to let you all know I would certainly recommend Fleetprices to anyone. I should caution, that might not include Ford and if you have any contacts with the top people, feel free to let them know how I feel, irrespective of who good the car has turned out. I do think Ford have done themselves a disservice.
Anyway, enough of the negatives, you guys did really well, thank you again.

Yes all in all everything was fine. There was some confusion regarding my deposit payment - I thought it would automatically be taken out by direct debit but that wasn't the case and I was on holiday when it had to be paid - so there was a delay on the delivery, but the people I dealt with were all very helpful and sorted everything out as quickly as they could - so very pleased and would use you again.

I have to say I'm very pleased with the service I received from FLEET PRICES. I dealt with Chris initially he was very polite and professional, answered every question I had and helped me through the process stage by stage. Then Jessica too was very helpful and provided me with all the necessary information for competition .
With regards to delivery of the vehicle I was informed at various stages as to delivery time and when the drivers were delayed they let me know. They were both very pleasant and took the time to give me explanation as to instruments on the dash board, and just made the experience a pleasant one so cannot fault you on anything and on that basis would be happy to recommend you.
