I have nothing but praise for Anissa, exceptional service and such a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble for her, despite my numerous questions. She was able to offer a fantastic lease price for my new BMW 428i via Arval, which was far more competitive than I was offered from my local dealer. I look forward to ordering again with Anissa next time round when my lease is up for renewal.
CJ Automotive (Steve Hunt) has also been excellent, very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. It was no issue to deliver the car on a transporter (which itself was a brand new 15 reg!), as I requested. Anissa did me a big favour with that.
Arval UK themselves were far too slow to produce my finance documents, meaning that the car had to sit at the dealers for almost 2 weeks due to my cooling off period. That's acceptable given the busy month of March and Fleetprices have no control over this I assume.
My main criticism, however, is with Greenbower BMW, the local dealer in Wales who supplied the car. When the transporter driver arrived having driven from Warrington, the car was not ready and had not even been valeted, no number plates fitted, etc, despite them having had the car for almost 2 weeks. He was forced to wait for 2 hours until it was ready, so he didn't get to me until almost 7.00pm. The driver was great and apologised for the delay, but the car was filthy. It had simply had a jet wash and not even been hand dried. Even the tyres weren't dressed and the non-BMW car mats had been fitted, with the BMW fitted ones still in the plastic bag in the boot!
Anissa was great about it and immediately referred the matter to Steve Hunt at CJ Automotive. He agreed that I should get the car professionally valeted at his expense without hesitation, which was done yesterday by Carey's at a cost of Â£90. The valeter said there car was still covered in glue from the white protective factory coverings, the carpets were dirty and the paintwork was covered in water marks, wax spots and general dirt. He did a brilliant job over 2 hours and the car is now stunning! The paintwork is perfect!
There must have been a communication breakdown for Greenbower BMW to mess up so badly. To deliver a Â£40,000 car, after the time I was made to wait due to Arval's delay, in the way they did was very disappointing and tarnished the delivery after 4 months of waiting.
Inside the car, one of the speaker tweeter grills is scratched. Once again, Steve Hunt is dealing and has been great once again. Fingers crossed this minor issue will be resolved.
The car is awesome in every way and I am so pleased I went with the 428i. It's leagues ahead of my previous 2 C-Classes.

Many thanks for email regarding the delivery of my Ford Fiesta. Perhaps you might like to hear about my experiences with your company.
I must confess the whole process from start to finish has been efficient and very pleasing throughout, without any problems. I found that all staff (James and Jessica in particular) have been helpful, courteous and informative throughout the process dealing swiftly with any queries etc. The aforementioned vehicle arrived on time and the driver even ensured that I was completely satisfied with the vehicle before he departed.
Best of all was the price-excellent value for money!
So, I believe that sums things up.
Yes it arrived yesterday nice and early....was in it all day, it's fantastic and I'm very pleased. Will definitely contact you again when the lease is up.

By way of feedback, I have to say that I have had nothing but the best service from all of your team. From the very outset when Andy Heywood followed up on my internet query, he was excellent and, recognising that I was in a reasonable hurry to find the right car, quickly worked to source me a choice of vehicles and then consistently gave me the very best advice and answered all my questions in a calm, professional and straightforward way. The entire support team - I think I had correspondence with all of them(!) - were very good and kept me up to speed all the way along, again, answering a range of questions with patience and clarity. All of this, of course, they carried out at what I recognise is a busy time of the year for you all. Finally, the delivery of the vehicle went extremely smoothly despite the appalling weather on the day and the delivery driver was most helpful.
I have already been in touch with Andy to pass him my thanks but I would be grateful if you could reinforce that with him as well as thanking all your support team for their help and assistance troughout the process. I am grateful too for your offer of being able to call on Andy should I need to throughout the contract, an offer he indeed made himself when we last spoke.
I certainly would have no hesitation in recommending Fleet Prices.

Thanks for your email; I heard you had been in hospital which I'm sorry to hear, I hope you're on the road to recovery.
I have received my vehicle and I'm really pleased with it so far - although I haven't had chance to drive it much yet! Can you remind me what I need to do about servicing? Will I get any kind of reminder or is it my responsibility to arrange the services at the right time? (And if so, what are the guidelines for servicing intervals?). Sorry if I've already asked you that!

Thank you for your email, I am very pleased with the mini countryman, delivery was very organised & efficient & Annissa was an absolute super- star, can't thank her enough for the way she looked after me. I was on the otherhand very disappointed with landrover's lack of customer service regarding the increase in payment's, but extremely pleased at how quickly Annissa found the countryman as a replacement vehicle and sorted the agreement out for me.
It wasn't my first choice of car but can quite honestly say I'm smitten with it.

I shall be recommending your company to all my friends even without the £50 incentive (although I'm not saying that I don't want it!) and you can expect a phone call from me when my lease is up!
