I managed to get the car out for a run about at the weekend and Iím absolutely delighted. The car was delivered as planned and it matches what I was looking for. I was going to go on to your webpage to add a thank you note to Leo for all his efforts. He patiently dealt with all my queries and I can only say that I found his attention and service to be first class.
Thanks again for all your help and I will be passing your details on to as many people that I can, and this is not a result of the your £50 offer.
Love the car. Took out the gap insurance just in case. Service was excellent. Delivered a little earlier than expected but neighbour was able to sign for the car.

I must say that all the staff that I have had reason to liaise with have been very helpful and professional without loosing their 'personal' touch. Any questions I have asked have been promptly replied to and answered. The delivery service was fine to the point where delivery arrangements were altered due to my unavailability.
Overall, nothing seemed too much trouble and it was a pleasure doing business with yourselves.
Thanks for the e-mail. With regard to your request for feedback, I am very happy with the service that Fleetprices provided. I dealt with Leo, and the date that he gave me for delivery of the A180 when I first enquired back in January of early June was spot on. I was kept informed of progress of my order and my car was delivered on time, to my door - I don't think you can get better than that. Although I wasn't at home, the delivery driver took time to explain the car's key points to my wife, though as she doesn't drive I think most of it went over her head!
I have recommended you to one of my colleagues, though he is only tentatively looking at the moment, but I will definitely recommend Fleetprices if the subject of leasing comes up in future.
Initial service was great thanks. Leo provided me with updates prior to the vehicle being delivered and was in contact once it arrived at Audi.
Steve, I would just like to pass on my thanks to Rachel who was very professional and delivered what she said was achievable. Against previous lease car experiences Rachel made the process work and the customer experience was positive.

Experience was great - I have to say, Elena was fantastic - ever so helpful, always very prompt in replying to my emails/calls and all round knowledgeable salesperson - definitely a strong asset to your team.

I'm very happy with the car, it's the right choice for us at the moment and having had two Audis I'm glad I chose BMW this time around. I have to say that the whole process has been very smooth. Leo was patient at the beginning as we played the familiar additional options dance and in the end I think I got the spec vs price just right. Once the order had gone through and I was passed over to the support team things continued in a similar vane. The support team were knowledgeable regarding my order and responsive to all of my queries. It seems to me that decent customer service is a bit of an elusive trait these days, to find it in abundance with Fleet Prices was refreshing. There was a slight delay around the time of the finance documents but I think that was more to do with Arval not telling Fleet that they had received everything that they needed. The car was delivered clean and in perfect condition with 247 miles on the clock. It would have been nice to have put those miles on myself but that obviously would have required transport delivery. Maybe that could be an additonal option you could offer to customers if they required it?
Otherwise I really can not complain. See you in three years.
