Hi Steve this was my first experience of leasing a vehicle, having been let down on delivery times by a main dealer on different make I made contact with yourselves , I wish I had found you earlier as Beverley found a vehicle in stock which was better than I was originally looking at on make and cost , I would not hesitate to recommend Fleet Prices to anyone . Not sure about the reason for a GAP insurance since we have not purchased the vehicle but are leasing it (i.e. we do not have any financial commitment with regards to the purchase of the vehicle). Therefore, I am assuming that the comprehensive insurance cover that we have will be sufficient. Am I correct?

Delivery of the car was fine, and service from Fleetprices and Brighton Audi was fine through the process, the only downside has been a rattle coming from a rear window in the last couple of days. Claire is going to take it into Northampton Audi for them to look at.
Beverley at Fleet Prices was excellent, responding quickly to emails at all times, and answered any questions that we had promptly and clearly.

I've taken delivery of the car and am very pleased with it. I've also been very pleased with, and appreciative of the support provided by your team in arranging this lease. Anissa in particular has been very helpful: always prompt and courteous in dealing with my many questions. (In fact I'm sure she'll be pleased I've got the car now - I'll have no more queries for her to answer!!) The rest of the support team, whoever I've dealt with, have also been great. Thank you, and please pass on my thanks to them.
One comment on the actual package as something by way of feedback for the future. It wasn't clear until quite late in making the arrangements that the Jaguar leasing company does not allow the driver to utilise the “App” and the associated emergency response and breakdown services. As it happens I personally am not too worried by this: the App functions would be used on very few occasions anyway and I have alternative breakdown cover arrangements. However, as I'm paying ~£400/month it's disappointing to learn that I'm being denied access to all of the services that Jaguar have provided in the car I'm leasing. This is apparently on the grounds of “Data protection” but I sense this is nothing more than a poor excuse for the leasing company not to have to bother to put the resources in place to manage this properly. This is nothing to do with Fleet Prices, and certainly no reflection on the service that you have provided, but I raise this as a matter that you might wish to explore further.
I would also add, in closing, that the collection service for my previous car was also very well organised. Whilst this was probably not controlled by Fleet Prices, be happy to take some credit for it! :-)
