just to let you know was very happy with all my dealings with fleet prices during the process of leasing my first car. I corresponded with Mike Tibbs from the start and found him more than helpful with any questions I had and was very informative in letting me know how things were progressing during the time between ordering the car and the delivery of it . I would not hesitate to recommend fleet to anyone I know who are looking to car lease and will be looking to forward to using you again at the end of my current contract.
We received the car thank you and we are over the moon. We are just trying up locate the tax disc at present but I'm dealing with Jenny directly for this.

Your post sales staff were attentive as usual and Leo was , as always, a pleasure to deal with.
We're delighted with the car, it's exactly what we hoped for and more. Dave and Jessica who I was dealing with were very helpful and answered any questions I had quickly. As this was the first time I have leased a car I am really happy I chose to go down this route and would definitely consider doing so again.
I did send some feedback through last week, but happy to repeat that I've been impressed with the level of service throughout the process.
And I'm very happy with the car...!

You would be amazed how few of the companies I reached out for an initial quote did not even respond!

I initially spoke with Leo and found him very helpful offering suggestions and ideas with options for the type of vehicle that would suit my lifestyle
Once I hade settled on a car and understood the financial commitment which I was happy to accept and go forward with I placed an order

The car arrived on time to the specification requested and in immaculate condition. The delivery driver took me through the basics of the controls and he was very helpful
I have had the car for a week now and gradually I am getting to know more about the car and it's controls
All is going well and I know I have the safety net of you and your team behind me.
To ensure all Is secure for the future I have take the GAP insurance offered by you company to give me that extra peace on mind while I have the car

Your people were fine and very friendly and helpful so thank you for that. However, I am less than enamoured with the car company as I had to pay £3.00 because they had not paid Royal Mail the correct amount to return my license. It is not the money but the principle as they made me scan my credit card twice even though they had my signature on the hire agreement, my license and my cheque that I sent them. I understand they have to be quite careful but I did think this was a bit over the top. I have now got the car and I am very pleased with it so thank you once again.

I've taken delivery of the car and am very pleased with it. I've also been very pleased with, and appreciative of the support provided by your team in arranging this lease. Anissa in particular has been very helpful: always prompt and courteous in dealing with my many questions. (In fact I'm sure she'll be pleased I've got the car now - I'll have no more queries for her to answer!!) The rest of the support team, whoever I've dealt with, have also been great. Thank you, and please pass on my thanks to them.
One comment on the actual package as something by way of feedback for the future. It wasn't clear until quite late in making the arrangements that the Jaguar leasing company does not allow the driver to utilise the “App” and the associated emergency response and breakdown services. As it happens I personally am not too worried by this: the App functions would be used on very few occasions anyway and I have alternative breakdown cover arrangements. However, as I'm paying ~£400/month it's disappointing to learn that I'm being denied access to all of the services that Jaguar have provided in the car I'm leasing. This is apparently on the grounds of “Data protection” but I sense this is nothing more than a poor excuse for the leasing company not to have to bother to put the resources in place to manage this properly. This is nothing to do with Fleet Prices, and certainly no reflection on the service that you have provided, but I raise this as a matter that you might wish to explore further.
I would also add, in closing, that the collection service for my previous car was also very well organised. Whilst this was probably not controlled by Fleet Prices, be happy to take some credit for it! :-)
