I have nothing but praise for Anissa, exceptional service and such a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble for her, despite my numerous questions. She was able to offer a fantastic lease price for my new BMW 428i via Arval, which was far more competitive than I was offered from my local dealer. I look forward to ordering again with Anissa next time round when my lease is up for renewal.
CJ Automotive (Steve Hunt) has also been excellent, very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. It was no issue to deliver the car on a transporter (which itself was a brand new 15 reg!), as I requested. Anissa did me a big favour with that.
Arval UK themselves were far too slow to produce my finance documents, meaning that the car had to sit at the dealers for almost 2 weeks due to my cooling off period. That's acceptable given the busy month of March and Fleetprices have no control over this I assume.
My main criticism, however, is with Greenbower BMW, the local dealer in Wales who supplied the car. When the transporter driver arrived having driven from Warrington, the car was not ready and had not even been valeted, no number plates fitted, etc, despite them having had the car for almost 2 weeks. He was forced to wait for 2 hours until it was ready, so he didn't get to me until almost 7.00pm. The driver was great and apologised for the delay, but the car was filthy. It had simply had a jet wash and not even been hand dried. Even the tyres weren't dressed and the non-BMW car mats had been fitted, with the BMW fitted ones still in the plastic bag in the boot!
Anissa was great about it and immediately referred the matter to Steve Hunt at CJ Automotive. He agreed that I should get the car professionally valeted at his expense without hesitation, which was done yesterday by Carey's at a cost of Â£90. The valeter said there car was still covered in glue from the white protective factory coverings, the carpets were dirty and the paintwork was covered in water marks, wax spots and general dirt. He did a brilliant job over 2 hours and the car is now stunning! The paintwork is perfect!
There must have been a communication breakdown for Greenbower BMW to mess up so badly. To deliver a Â£40,000 car, after the time I was made to wait due to Arval's delay, in the way they did was very disappointing and tarnished the delivery after 4 months of waiting.
Inside the car, one of the speaker tweeter grills is scratched. Once again, Steve Hunt is dealing and has been great once again. Fingers crossed this minor issue will be resolved.
The car is awesome in every way and I am so pleased I went with the 428i. It's leagues ahead of my previous 2 C-Classes.

Very impressed with the service from my initial interaction with Dave during the ordering process, and then help with the documentation and finance from Jessica. The car arrived nice and early on the day I selected for delivery and the vehicle itself is perfect. Very happy with everything.

I am really happy with the car, the delivery and arrangements to pick up my Mini all went well. Jessica got back to me promptly if I had any questions, cannot fault the service.
In terms of the experience I would say it was first class, Michael Tomlin took my initial request for information and ensured I had the required quotes and any further support information very efficiently. He also worked under my constraints being available by e-mail only most of the time as I was busy deploying various services in different areas around the country and not always available by phone.
He was as honest as he could be - I probably could have found a better deal but he came across as the more professional and therefore trustworthy of the pool I was dealing with at the time. All arrangements went smoothly and he was able to answer what probably seemed like obvious queries in a timely manner and without fluster.
The delivery went smoothly, it was early and to be honest I was still abed, but the chap waited a few minutes for me to rise, showed me around the vehicle and pointed out the controls of note, access to the boot etc and we walked around - in the rain - to confirm all was well.
As mentioned to Michael in a note last night, the vehicle is a huge hit not only with myself for the quality and driving experience, but the family are very much enamored by it - more so even than the most recent Scirocco which previously held the top position.
To date then nothing but a positive experience all round from Fleetprices and Mercedes, and if asked I will certainly recommend your services.

Yes all fine thanks. Good comms by email/phone all round. Shame we couldn't squeeze it all in and get delivery before xmas but that was a long shot I know. No floor mats is the only disappointment - would have been nice if they were thrown in.
Thank you, the car arrived on time 12.30 after being given a PM time slot, as I had the day off I drove out to the peak district, and the Queen was at Chatsworth , didn't she her, but had a pub lunch. The car is great but takes a while to get used to all the gismos, the park brake was a little awkward and not fathomed out the Stop Start, but think it might not be stopping because of the Air Con being on, these are both very different in the way they work compared to our Freelander.
Apart from delivery note I signed nothing more, so assume I'll be invoiced for the large upfront payment or that it will be taken from my bank in the same way as the regular monthly payments.
You have been excellent throughout the process and have handled the long process with excellent customer care, making waiting worthwhile.
