I dealt with Rachel Gouldingay in your team right the way through, from my first telephone enquiry, having been passed the deal by a colleague who has also taken delivery of an A6 back in March. It was always going to be a long lead in and I think that helped keep the cost/deal down as not many could/would wait 4 months. In the end it was more than 7 months and this was down to Audi changing the to the ULTRA engine, so for my extra 3 months wait I was rewarded by the new engine.
I was a little concerned and was guilty of pestering at times, but Rachel was very customer focused 'sold' the further delay to me and kept me informed of progress despite it being hard for her to find out herself. With June specified I settled myself to that meaning the end on June and I heard from Rachel right at the beginning of July, I had to re-do some paper work for Audi finance, to reflect the new engine and the car duly arrived as specified PM at 12.30. That part also went well and the delivery man was most helpful.
I hope Rachel is around in two years' time to find me another great deal.

I have nothing but praise for Anissa, exceptional service and such a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble for her, despite my numerous questions. She was able to offer a fantastic lease price for my new BMW 428i via Arval, which was far more competitive than I was offered from my local dealer. I look forward to ordering again with Anissa next time round when my lease is up for renewal.
CJ Automotive (Steve Hunt) has also been excellent, very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. It was no issue to deliver the car on a transporter (which itself was a brand new 15 reg!), as I requested. Anissa did me a big favour with that.
Arval UK themselves were far too slow to produce my finance documents, meaning that the car had to sit at the dealers for almost 2 weeks due to my cooling off period. That's acceptable given the busy month of March and Fleetprices have no control over this I assume.
My main criticism, however, is with Greenbower BMW, the local dealer in Wales who supplied the car. When the transporter driver arrived having driven from Warrington, the car was not ready and had not even been valeted, no number plates fitted, etc, despite them having had the car for almost 2 weeks. He was forced to wait for 2 hours until it was ready, so he didn't get to me until almost 7.00pm. The driver was great and apologised for the delay, but the car was filthy. It had simply had a jet wash and not even been hand dried. Even the tyres weren't dressed and the non-BMW car mats had been fitted, with the BMW fitted ones still in the plastic bag in the boot!
Anissa was great about it and immediately referred the matter to Steve Hunt at CJ Automotive. He agreed that I should get the car professionally valeted at his expense without hesitation, which was done yesterday by Carey's at a cost of £90. The valeter said there car was still covered in glue from the white protective factory coverings, the carpets were dirty and the paintwork was covered in water marks, wax spots and general dirt. He did a brilliant job over 2 hours and the car is now stunning! The paintwork is perfect!
There must have been a communication breakdown for Greenbower BMW to mess up so badly. To deliver a £40,000 car, after the time I was made to wait due to Arval's delay, in the way they did was very disappointing and tarnished the delivery after 4 months of waiting.
Inside the car, one of the speaker tweeter grills is scratched. Once again, Steve Hunt is dealing and has been great once again. Fingers crossed this minor issue will be resolved.
The car is awesome in every way and I am so pleased I went with the 428i. It's leagues ahead of my previous 2 C-Classes.

It arrived before 9am this morning, piloted by a very courteous and knowledgeable gentleman.
Looks and drives amazing, can't wait to plod through France in it.
Took longer than we wanted to arrive but we're so happy now it's here.
Feedback would be very positive, I had previously had no luck in finding the car I wanted, and negative dealings with audi car salesmen !!! On speaking to Mike he made it a positive, clearly explained everything and found the car I wanted, Mike continued to explain every step and is a credit.
The admin staff also kept me updated without any prompt and explained every process.
The new car arrived safely just before 8 this morning, I am delighted with it.
Thanks for your help, courtesy and efficiency over the last few weeks.
The delivery man said the in due course you will send me the vehicle registration docs together with any other paperwork relevant to the purchase.
I may well be in touch with you again in about 34 months to discuss another lease contract!!

Thank you for your email dated 15th February concerning my car. It was delivered expertly by JCT600 driver John, who was celebrating his 86th birthday that day!
My whole experience with Fleetprices has been an absolute delight. From the first enquiry to James Durrant, right through to the delivery, I could not have had a better service. James answered all my queries and was not pushy at any time and put me right at ease. I was a bit apprehensive leasing for the first time and through the internet but I have to say it went like a dream. James managed to get me a better spec car within 3 weeks and even the same colour as I wanted!
After dealing with James your Support Team kept me in the picture throughout the ordering process and were very polite and informative whenever they contacted me.
The car is an absolute beauty, delivered by 8.30am on the day of delivery and John the JCT600 driver was an real character and did an excellent job bringing my car down from the north.
The car is brilliant and I am looking forward to my 3 years of motoring with it.
