Thanks for your email. I'm very happy with the car and cannot fault the delivery service. Terence, the delivery man was very helpful and was spent some time with me explaining the vehicle before handing it over.
Everything went like clockwork, got phone calls re. collection and delivery, and both were on time. Everthing form the day I made the enquiry has been excellent. Will contact you again when I need my next car Lease.
I have already commented to the support team, This is the first time that I have chosen a car by lease option and from the first dealings with Leo right through to delivery with the help of the support team, the experience was very smooth and professional. I had a budget in mind but not a fixed car model, Leo helped to achieve the right car for my budget and the girls in the support team were helpful with any questions I had. So thank you

The delivery went well and the car is what I expected it to be and it was worthwhile waiting for the extra features I wanted on it.

Just got a chance to give a few comments on my experience. Sorry it's taken a motor while.
From the start Rachel has been professional and helpful. Although the order didn't go entirely smoothly, Rachel did everything I needed to make things right. While I didn't have as much interaction with the afterwards team, what I did experience was consistent professional service. I would certainly consider using you again for the next car and recommending you to colleagues and friends.
I don't have any outstanding queries or concerns that I need resolving at the moment, but I'm happy that I'll be able to contact Rachel should I require any assistance.
I cannot thank you all enough for the superb service you have given me with my car lease. If I had know it was going to be as easy as this I would have done this years ago. A special thank you to Dave Marston who answered my questions with patience and humour and was extremely helpful. I am loving my car and keep looking for any excuse to go for a drive. I have been recommending you to everyone I know!

I've taken delivery of the car and am very pleased with it. I've also been very pleased with, and appreciative of the support provided by your team in arranging this lease. Anissa in particular has been very helpful: always prompt and courteous in dealing with my many questions. (In fact I'm sure she'll be pleased I've got the car now - I'll have no more queries for her to answer!!) The rest of the support team, whoever I've dealt with, have also been great. Thank you, and please pass on my thanks to them.
One comment on the actual package as something by way of feedback for the future. It wasn't clear until quite late in making the arrangements that the Jaguar leasing company does not allow the driver to utilise the “App” and the associated emergency response and breakdown services. As it happens I personally am not too worried by this: the App functions would be used on very few occasions anyway and I have alternative breakdown cover arrangements. However, as I'm paying ~£400/month it's disappointing to learn that I'm being denied access to all of the services that Jaguar have provided in the car I'm leasing. This is apparently on the grounds of “Data protection” but I sense this is nothing more than a poor excuse for the leasing company not to have to bother to put the resources in place to manage this properly. This is nothing to do with Fleet Prices, and certainly no reflection on the service that you have provided, but I raise this as a matter that you might wish to explore further.
I would also add, in closing, that the collection service for my previous car was also very well organised. Whilst this was probably not controlled by Fleet Prices, be happy to take some credit for it! :-)
Everything has gone smoothly and i am enjoying the car. Thank you very much to and your colleagues for all the help, they were all great.
