I dealt with Rachel Gouldingay in your team right the way through, from my first telephone enquiry, having been passed the deal by a colleague who has also taken delivery of an A6 back in March. It was always going to be a long lead in and I think that helped keep the cost/deal down as not many could/would wait 4 months. In the end it was more than 7 months and this was down to Audi changing the to the ULTRA engine, so for my extra 3 months wait I was rewarded by the new engine.
I was a little concerned and was guilty of pestering at times, but Rachel was very customer focused 'sold' the further delay to me and kept me informed of progress despite it being hard for her to find out herself. With June specified I settled myself to that meaning the end on June and I heard from Rachel right at the beginning of July, I had to re-do some paper work for Audi finance, to reflect the new engine and the car duly arrived as specified PM at 12.30. That part also went well and the delivery man was most helpful.
I hope Rachel is around in two years' time to find me another great deal.
This as you probably know is the second lease vehicle I have taken delivery of from fleetprices, and needless to say I am extremely impressed by the way everything was handled. Anissa dealt with all the details from my first enquiry and gave me the reassurance that all would go smoothly which ultimately it did. She is a credit to the company and I would not hesitate to recommend fleetprices to any of my friends and colleagues should they be looking to lease in future. I am delighted with the new Mercedes and look forward to two more years of enjoyable motoring.

I can confirm all went as scheduled and it was a very smooth transaction. Collection of the old car was delayed for three days by the collectors but purely for logistical reasons and caused us no inconvenience.
As ever, Anissa's service and assistance was invaluable, together with the great support work of the Admin team.
We are very happy with the outcome and would certainly recommend yourselves.
The service from Fleet Prices was superb throughout. Queries were answered promptly and I was kept fully updated from order to delivery. The car was delivered on the date arranged by two very courteous staff from the supplying dealer. I'd certainly use Fleet Prices again and would happily recommend to friends and colleagues.
Thank you, the car arrived on time 12.30 after being given a PM time slot, as I had the day off I drove out to the peak district, and the Queen was at Chatsworth , didn't she her, but had a pub lunch. The car is great but takes a while to get used to all the gismos, the park brake was a little awkward and not fathomed out the Stop Start, but think it might not be stopping because of the Air Con being on, these are both very different in the way they work compared to our Freelander.
Apart from delivery note I signed nothing more, so assume I'll be invoiced for the large upfront payment or that it will be taken from my bank in the same way as the regular monthly payments.
You have been excellent throughout the process and have handled the long process with excellent customer care, making waiting worthwhile.
I want to commend the excellent service you've provided throughout this process, especially Mike Tibbs. He was very patient and friendly. He answered every query I had, even when he was off on holiday. I really appreciated the dedication.
The support team were also very friendly and helpful. I am very happy with my car, and with FleetPrices, I will definitely go through you guys again for my next car.

Firstly, thanks for the email. I am very happy with the vehicle. One issue, I am assuming that my tax disc will arrive directly to my address? Please confirm.
I found the entire process from choosing a vehicle and to final delivery very efficient and professional and would highly recommend Fleet Prices to anyone considering a contract lease vehicle. The highly competitive prices clearly do not come at the expense of customer service, which was exceptional throughout the process.
In particular, Paul and Beverley were very helpful in organising my vehicle as quickly as possible, and I was kept up to date with developments throughout; by email, and by phone which I really appreciated.
The car was delivered yesterday morning. Excellent service from the delivery driver.
