The delivery arrangements went through flawlessly. Once again the delays were on my side!
Delivery was right on time to my offices.
One disappointment was the fact that there were no foot mats in the car. Not your fault and probably at extra cost from Volvo. Wish I had known though.
The car is also magnificent!
Be assured that I will recommend your company in the highest regard. Even more so if you could have a word with the car provider re the mats!!!!

We found the whole process very clear and quick and in particular, was very impressed with the service received from Anissa. It was a smooth transaction which helped us understand and have confidence in our decision to take the contract hire route.

I've taken delivery of the car and am very pleased with it. I've also been very pleased with, and appreciative of the support provided by your team in arranging this lease. Anissa in particular has been very helpful: always prompt and courteous in dealing with my many questions. (In fact I'm sure she'll be pleased I've got the car now - I'll have no more queries for her to answer!!) The rest of the support team, whoever I've dealt with, have also been great. Thank you, and please pass on my thanks to them.
One comment on the actual package as something by way of feedback for the future. It wasn't clear until quite late in making the arrangements that the Jaguar leasing company does not allow the driver to utilise the “App” and the associated emergency response and breakdown services. As it happens I personally am not too worried by this: the App functions would be used on very few occasions anyway and I have alternative breakdown cover arrangements. However, as I'm paying ~£400/month it's disappointing to learn that I'm being denied access to all of the services that Jaguar have provided in the car I'm leasing. This is apparently on the grounds of “Data protection” but I sense this is nothing more than a poor excuse for the leasing company not to have to bother to put the resources in place to manage this properly. This is nothing to do with Fleet Prices, and certainly no reflection on the service that you have provided, but I raise this as a matter that you might wish to explore further.
I would also add, in closing, that the collection service for my previous car was also very well organised. Whilst this was probably not controlled by Fleet Prices, be happy to take some credit for it! :-)

Both Chris and the service team were exemplary throughout the process. I've been 100% satisfied with service and price. `Chris was both responsive and friendly in the execution of the sale – the right balance between polite and persistent – no pushy sale, no call every 5 minutes but just enough to keep things moving when I got busy. The after sales team have also been top notch with quick email responses and the right level of information.
All told, its been smashing, and I'm glad you dropped me a mail to let you know that was the case. I'll be in touch as I need to secure another couple of vehicles over the coming months.
I recently received delivery of my new vehicle, a Mecedes C class on contract hire. I spent extensive time researching deals and in the end fleet prices were very competitive and a lot cheaper than the main dealer. I contacted 7 leasing companies with my requirements via email and fleet prices were the only one to comprehensively respond so I called and we started to discuss my options.
The sales rep Michael was very professional in all his communications and delivered on all his promises.
The car and delivery was as agreed.
