The car is beautiful and I am very pleased with it. As to your service, I cannot fault it. Ashley was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, and your customer service team dealt with my questions in a pleasant and efficient way throughout. This was important as there was quite a wait for delivery, which I was aware of from the start. I certainly would not hesitate to use Fleetprices again should I go down this route in the future. I would also be happy to recommend you to friends should they be looking to lease.

I've had a really good experience and great service from your team. Leo was really helpful in checking out a number of different options for me and then once I'd placed an order, Katie was really good in responding to requests about delivery dates and she was really proactive. Leo called to check if received the car and I was happy with it. The service was really good and I'll definitely look to use you again when this lease is up and would happily recommend your team.

I am more than happy with my car and my experience leading up to its delivery.
When I first decided to lease rather than purchase I contacted several companies for quotes on various cars.
Fleet Prices quotes were comparable with most of the others but what made me decide to use your company was the attitude of your staff.
Paul Phillipson in particular was very patient and helpful while I was trying to decide which car to get – many changes of mind!
Once I had decided and filled in the required paperwork Jessica Taylor made the delivery side of things completely stress free.
I will recommend – without reservation - Fleet Prices to any of my family, friends and work colleagues who are considering a personal car lease.

I've taken delivery of the car and am very pleased with it. I've also been very pleased with, and appreciative of the support provided by your team in arranging this lease. Anissa in particular has been very helpful: always prompt and courteous in dealing with my many questions. (In fact I'm sure she'll be pleased I've got the car now - I'll have no more queries for her to answer!!) The rest of the support team, whoever I've dealt with, have also been great. Thank you, and please pass on my thanks to them.
One comment on the actual package as something by way of feedback for the future. It wasn't clear until quite late in making the arrangements that the Jaguar leasing company does not allow the driver to utilise the “App” and the associated emergency response and breakdown services. As it happens I personally am not too worried by this: the App functions would be used on very few occasions anyway and I have alternative breakdown cover arrangements. However, as I'm paying ~£400/month it's disappointing to learn that I'm being denied access to all of the services that Jaguar have provided in the car I'm leasing. This is apparently on the grounds of “Data protection” but I sense this is nothing more than a poor excuse for the leasing company not to have to bother to put the resources in place to manage this properly. This is nothing to do with Fleet Prices, and certainly no reflection on the service that you have provided, but I raise this as a matter that you might wish to explore further.
I would also add, in closing, that the collection service for my previous car was also very well organised. Whilst this was probably not controlled by Fleet Prices, be happy to take some credit for it! :-)
I was delighted with the service I received from Ashley. He was very helpful easy to contact and always quick to reply to any queries. The support team were also very helpful and delivery was prompt and on the stated day. This was not the case when i leased my daughter's car with a different firm. I will a certainly recommend fleet prices to friends and family in the future.
The delivery driver was also great,and talked me through how to work everything on the pick up.

I thought the whole process was speedy, proactive and impressive. I'm a little disappointed I didn't opt for the Dynamique S but hey ho. I'm OK without the GAP insurance
