I’ve had good service from companies over the years but I’ve got to say that Rachel has been exceptional. I have also now driven to work for the first time in a year without pain or discomfort. VW amongst others quoted 3months to get me a car so I’m over the moon.
I will whole heartedly recommend Fleet Prices and Rachel to anyone I know who is looking for a contract hire.

I am very, very happy with my new car although I am still trying to work out how to drive it â€“ got stuck in traffic this morning and was surprised to discover it was a Stop/Start affair!!!
I would like to thank your company, especially Leo Nicodemou, for the help and assistance re leasing my Qashqai Hatchback 1.6 DiG-T N-Connecta [Comfort Pack] 5dr . I stumbled across Fleet Prices whilst googling leasing companies and I am so glad I found you. Leo was lovely to work with and I trusted him immediately. He was unbelievably patient with me as I dithered over the model and the colour. We exchanged many emails and had many telephone conversations and he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the specifications and colour offerings of both the Nissan and other makes. He was also very understanding when I changed my mind once one order had gone in, not batting an eyelid when I decided to upgrade the spec at the last minute and had to complete new paperwork.
I would also like to congratulate your Support Team â€“ they, like Leo, are extremely friendly and kept me updated all along re the registration number for the insurance and very helpfully changed the delivery date for me to fit in with my work schedule. I was very impressed with the responsiveness of both Leo and the Support Team â€“ I never had to chase up for a response to emails as they were very reactive.
All in all, a very positive experience and I would have no hesitation in recommending your company to other people.

I just wanted to say thank you very much for all your help.
Thank you, the car arrived on time 12.30 after being given a PM time slot, as I had the day off I drove out to the peak district, and the Queen was at Chatsworth , didn't she her, but had a pub lunch. The car is great but takes a while to get used to all the gismos, the park brake was a little awkward and not fathomed out the Stop Start, but think it might not be stopping because of the Air Con being on, these are both very different in the way they work compared to our Freelander.
Apart from delivery note I signed nothing more, so assume I'll be invoiced for the large upfront payment or that it will be taken from my bank in the same way as the regular monthly payments.
You have been excellent throughout the process and have handled the long process with excellent customer care, making waiting worthwhile.

I've taken delivery of the car and am very pleased with it. I've also been very pleased with, and appreciative of the support provided by your team in arranging this lease. Anissa in particular has been very helpful: always prompt and courteous in dealing with my many questions. (In fact I'm sure she'll be pleased I've got the car now - I'll have no more queries for her to answer!!) The rest of the support team, whoever I've dealt with, have also been great. Thank you, and please pass on my thanks to them.
One comment on the actual package as something by way of feedback for the future. It wasn't clear until quite late in making the arrangements that the Jaguar leasing company does not allow the driver to utilise the â€śAppâ€ť and the associated emergency response and breakdown services. As it happens I personally am not too worried by this: the App functions would be used on very few occasions anyway and I have alternative breakdown cover arrangements. However, as I'm paying ~£400/month it's disappointing to learn that I'm being denied access to all of the services that Jaguar have provided in the car I'm leasing. This is apparently on the grounds of â€śData protectionâ€ť but I sense this is nothing more than a poor excuse for the leasing company not to have to bother to put the resources in place to manage this properly. This is nothing to do with Fleet Prices, and certainly no reflection on the service that you have provided, but I raise this as a matter that you might wish to explore further.
I would also add, in closing, that the collection service for my previous car was also very well organised. Whilst this was probably not controlled by Fleet Prices, be happy to take some credit for it! :-)

I used Fleetprices for my last car and was impressed by the service then. So much so that when I needed to look for a replacement it was the only place I looked.
As before, the service from Anissa was fantastic. Emails, calls, etc. always responded to very quickly (even when she was on leave and about to board a flight!) and I was always kept up to date with the progress of my order right through to delivery.
I wouldn't hesitate in using Fleetprices again and would definitely recommend your service - indeed I have recommended you a number of times.
I am very happy with the service I have received from fleetprices, including the updates and quick responses to any queries I have had. I am really happy with the car, but I was quite disappointed with how dirty it was on delivery after having been driven from Brighton.
Overall I am pleased and will be using your company again in two years.
