Great service and James was brilliant in helping me get the car I wanted. Below is the text message I sent to James on Wednesday;
Just a quick message to say that my Seat Leon was delivered today and both my wife and I absolutely love it.
I would like to thank you very much for helping me when I first made an enquiry, and all the assistance you gave to me when I was asking for information on different cars/models.

Ref your e mail after delivery, At first we found that the whole experience of Leasing a car a little daunting but with the help
of Anissa the whole thing was quite simple,
We are very pleased with the Car and the service you provided and would not hesitate to recommend your company to
anyone at any time.
The delivery was on time and the driver was very helpful and considerate.
I am looking into the possibility of GAP Insurance in the near future.

I had a great experience dealing with Fleet Prices.
My main point of contact since day 1 was Beverley Rawlinson and she was incredibly helpful and lovely to deal with. I have recommended your company to a few colleagues this week.
The service was excellent. If I was to be picky and mention anything worth improving, you could set customers expectations more out at the start of the process. For me it would have been good to know the process timeline from placing the order to receiving finance docs to 14 days for delivery as a long distance sale.
Apart from that all good.

We were kept informed and upto date, Mike Tibbs has been absolutely brilliant.
The original delivery date of our Jaguar was improved by one whole month.
The delivery from Lancaster Sidcup was first class also.

I have my new car which I am very happy with
I initially spoke with Leo and found him very helpful offering suggestions and ideas with options for the type of vehicle that would suit my lifestyle
Once I hade settled on a car and understood the financial commitment which I was happy to accept and go forward with I placed an order
I had said that I was keen to obtain delivery as soon as possible and Leo said he would work on the delivery date I was after
He then passed me on to Jessica who took me through the next steps of the process and gave me reassurance by answering my questions I had
Both Leo and Jessica provided an excellent service giving me detail when required. These are both excellent representatives of your company and have given me every reason to recommend your company to others I work and socialise with
The car arrived on time to the specification requested and in immaculate condition. The delivery driver took me through the basics of the controls and he was very helpful
I have had the car for a week now and gradually I am getting to know more about the car and it's controls
All is going well and I know I have the safety net of you and your team behind me.
To ensure all Is secure for the future I have take the GAP insurance offered by you company to give me that extra peace on mind while I have the car
I have had been offered a good service and and excellent product backed up by fantastic people

Experience was generally good. Fleetprices seems to offer the best prices and this is my second experience with you. Delivery was fine. Leo was very proactive and responsive, as were Rachel, Rebecca and others in the team.
My only criticism would be that the paperwork I was sent had a couple of errors in it that meant I transferred money to the wrong people (the dealer rather than the contract hire people). I believe it has now been refunded but a bit of a bore sorting it out. The cover sheet with the contract paperwork also calls for a document that is not required - a dealer invoice. The cover sheet is a bit out of date - eg asks for the photocard and paper counterpart driving licence, which I think hasn't been a thing for a couple of years now. No biggie, but it meant I was hunting around for things that it turns out I didn't need and calling your team quite a few times.
Other than that, car is great and very happy with the deal.
I found the service from start to finish highly efficient and like I was I would happily recommend Fleet prices. I do feel with how much I will spend with you that the car should have come with matts, I would be grateful if this is something you could arrange for me.

Many apologies for the delaying in replying.
This is the first time I have leased a car and all I can say is I'm glad I chose your company as the guidance and advice I received from Mike was second to none.
I was very apprehensive that leasing a car would be time consuming and complicated but Mike fully explained how the process worked which gave me the confidence to decided to take the plunge so to speak and order a car through your company.
I was also really please with the deal Mike managed to get me on the BMW 2 series as like-for-like it was much cheaper that any dealership could offer me for the same car.
Although, it did take two and half months to deliver the car it would probably have taken the same length of time if I had purchased the car through a dealership due to the specification on the car I required.
Overall, I have been very impressed with the value for money, guidance and advice from your company and I wouldn't hesitate in using your company again or recommending it to others.
I have a couple of questions I hope you can help me with:
- will you contact me a few months before my current contract expires to let me know of any deals for similar type cars?
- if you advise me or I see on your website an new lease offer I may be interested in before my current contract is due to finish am I able to finish my contract early so I can take advantage of the new lease deal?
Your people were fine and very friendly and helpful so thank you for that. However, I am less than enamoured with the car company as I had to pay £3.00 because they had not paid Royal Mail the correct amount to return my license. It is not the money but the principle as they made me scan my credit card twice even though they had my signature on the hire agreement, my license and my cheque that I sent them. I understand they have to be quite careful but I did think this was a bit over the top. I have now got the car and I am very pleased with it so thank you once again.
