We are very happy with the complete process.
We were kept informed and upto date, Mike Tibbs has been absolutely brilliant.
The original delivery date of our Jaguar was improved by one whole month.
The delivery from Lancaster Sidcup was first class also.
With Neil their delivery man explaining all of the cars functions.

Good to hear from you, all is fine with the car, I was more than happy with the service you provided. You were always prompt in replying and always a pleasure to speak to and I will be more than happy to use the service you have provided again, in fact I was going to ask you what happens when the vehicle lease comes to an end.
I would like to stay on a lease hire but I would like to go back to a convertible, I am really missing it now the sun has come out a little :-) How do we plan so that there is no cross over period between leases? am assuming I have to keep this car until the 24 month period is over and I am assuming there will be a waiting peiod for a new car to be ordered and delivered.
Slick professional service, what we most liked was the honesty from Anissa and the regularly email check ins and updates.
To summarise this is our a lease service should be and we would use fleet prices again should the deal be right.
Anissa is a valuable asset and your colleagues at Nissan were also very good at replying to my queries and keeping us updated. To top it off the delivery driver Rod called me to arrange a convenient time 2days before, then he was on time, smart, professional and a friendly chap.

Hello Steve, just wanted to give some feedback on my experience with Fleetprices. Mostly everything has been very good, the initial sales with Mike was very good i was then handed over to the support team this i was a little disappointed with, not many updates when there was something to update me on. I was told an expected delivery date but suddenly the car had been registered almost a month early but i had not been told of the progress. so that was a shame. unfortunately the car was delivered with the wrong wheels on which is still in a process of being sorted out, i would like to say that Mikes help with this problem ,i could not ask for more he would ring and update me even if there was no new information and reassure me he would do all he could. I would use Fleetprices again and would also recommend you.

I received my car this week and I'm very happy with it. I am just writing to say how grateful I am for the excellent service you and the team provided me. The information that I got sent via e-mail from the support team was absolutely first class. Very clear and very informative. Every step of the process I was given information and kept fully up-to-date and that was much appreciated. Can you pass my thanks on them to me please. Thank you, the car arrived on time 12.30 after being given a PM time slot, as I had the day off I drove out to the peak district, and the Queen was at Chatsworth , didn't she her, but had a pub lunch. The car is great but takes a while to get used to all the gismos, the park brake was a little awkward and not fathomed out the Stop Start, but think it might not be stopping because of the Air Con being on, these are both very different in the way they work compared to our Freelander.
Apart from delivery note I signed nothing more, so assume I'll be invoiced for the large upfront payment or that it will be taken from my bank in the same way as the regular monthly payments.
You have been excellent throughout the process and have handled the long process with excellent customer care, making waiting worthwhile.
Everything is fine thank you! The delivery company you use are excellent the driver even stopped to help install the sat nav! Brilliant customer service!
Sharon and I are very pleased with the car and would particularly like to thank Rachel for giving such excellent service from the start right through to the delivery.
